I think she's just insecure, but honestly I think she should know by now that Manik will never go for Nandu. I mean they've been together for like...what...7 years? If after that long she can't trust him, then clearly she has trust issues.

Their relationship doesn't have the emotional bonding. Harshat is right its not love its habit.
Alya knows Manik doesn't love her like that.Their relationship lack the emotional connection Alya knows that. That's why she is so insecure.
