Salman khan not keen to cast Sonakshi Sinha

Salman Khan has been involved in the creative process of Sooraj Barjatya's Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. The actor apparently even suggested whom he doesn't want to romance in the movie.

It's a known fact that several heroines including Sonakshi Sinha and Deepika Padukone were vying to be cast opposite Salman Khan in the movie, but the role was lapped up by Sonam Kapoor. Now, it's heard that Sallu had reportedly advised the director to not cast Sonakshi Sinha.

Ahem! Isn't that shocking since Salman Khan himself had launched Sonakshi Sinha in Bollywood through his movie Dabangg? It's being said that Sonakshi's on-screen image had made Sooraj Barjatya finalise her for the lead in Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, but Salman thought otherwise.

Actually, the superstar wanted a fresh pair for the movie, and thus wanted Sooraj to sign an actress with whom he hasn't shared screen space till now.

Though Salman Khan played Sonam Kapoor's lover in her debut Saawariya, the two didn't have much of screen time together in the movie.

In Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, they will finally play the lead pair. The movie also features Neil Nitin Mukesh, Armaan Kohli, Swara Bhaskar and Deepak Dobriyal in pivotal roles.

Sonakshi would have been perfect as a Badjatya heroine...but its OK...Ms Motor Mouth and Aukaat Kohli will ruin the movie anyways...

The male actor in question, one of Bollywood's most popular stars, has shifted base to a suburban studio where he's set up temporary residence so he doesn't waste time commuting from home. The actor is shooting round the clock to complete a film slated for an August release. The film's producers have created a comfortable den for the star, complete with a gym and bar within the studio complex.

Unit members say the young actress (who doesn't star opposite him in this film) is always hanging around on the sets, and often stays back until the wee hours of the morning. Friends of the actor find their relationship creepy, considering he's been a close friend of her parents for years, and has known the young lady since she was a child.

Sonakshi Sinha has managed to make everyone curious. Apparently she carries a spare pair of clothes in her bag all the time.

We can't help wondering why she needs an extra set of clothes. The only two places she goes to are her shoot and Salman Khan's home.

Now either she doesn't want to do the walk-of-shame to her house the morning after, or she is really paranoid about having a wardrobe malfaction. Whatever the case, we want this mystery solved.
