if all these are entertainment why is there moral code of conduct for the english soap aired in india they are much better atleast no hypocrisy...here we hide under wraps of shame, decency and cld not have been any more moral and character less ..in the name of entertainment we present twisted fact of the society and trps soar.....and then we are the one who make all the people in a relationship not approved by the so called social beings outcaste and are ready to gulp down this grossness along with our dinner....talk abt double standards ....television has really come a long way from pure entertainment to utter contamination

Sun29,

I agree. It's tragic that when TV is so widespread, it is also so pathetic. I had
a debate on how TV is "empowering" young minds. If this is what is shown
on TV today, I pity those "empowered" young minds.

Hi Rani:

We had a swami come to our temple at weekend. He said the Bha in "Bharat" stands for light or knowledge and that there was an Englishman named MacCauly who made a comment back home in the parliament or the queen that every Indian man he has met was very knowledgable. He said people are constantly seeking knowledge and life is all about making decisions.

Honestly does this mean the whole KS team is a bunch of intelligent people who are capable of deciding what is right or wrong for the masses to watch????

Seems like a whole bunch of creatives making mockery of
cultural and moral values!

I better make some clarifications here. When I said "I agree" I actually agreed with the original post only (with Putturani). What they show in KS is despicable and farthest from reality, no doubt. I also disagree with the person who wrote things like this happen in USA. Things like these happen in the homes of sick people and sick people are everywhere, but that does not mean it would be shown as a form of entertainment as though it is the norm in any society. The whole storyline of KS is disgusting.

Seems it's their life's ambition.
