The waiter came up to them and asked for the order
I ordered a cup of coffee while Arnav ordered the same but asked the waiter to get it without sugar. I didn't know why and I asked him. But what he said made me bowled out. He has Diabetes at this very small age.
"How did you get Diabetes at this early age?"
"It is there in my gene Khush."
"Oh.."
"You have any problem with that."
"No..absolutely not."
"Thanks I thought you would reject me"
"Gosh Arnav I am not that bad as you think." I exclaimed as the waiter brought us the coffee.
I started to sip my coffee when I came to know after my first sip that this is sugarless my mouth became sour and the next minute I ran to the washroom to spit out that disgusting coffee . Looking at me run away Arnav was surprised and tried to follow me but he stopped when I entered the washroom. After 5 mins I came back and sat on my seat.
"What happened Khushi is everything alright??"
"Arnav how could you drink that coffee." I asked him making a weird expression.
"Oh sorry Khushi I didn't know that our coffee cups got exchanged have this."
He gave me the one with sugar and I had a sip.
"Feeling better now"
"Yeah.. but Arnav what about your coffee wait let me call the waiter and order one."
"It is ok Khushi I will hav this itself."
"But Arnav.."
"I said ok its fine."
And we started to have our coffee waiting for the other one to speak and finally Arnav spoke out
"Khush you have any close friends from childhood."
I didn't know why he asked this question but whatever thoughts came into m mind I brushed it away and answered him.
"Yes I have one he is also studying right now."
"Oh.. What is his name??"
"Nand Kishore"
"Hmmm"
I noticed his change of expression but again brushed it off
"Arnav you never told me about your family.."
"Khushi I have one important lady in my life and she is my only family."
"Who is she?"
"Anjali my sister she is my only family Khushi since childhood. She is the one who brought me up like a mother."
I saw pure emotions in his eyes when he spoke about her
"Your parents??" As soon as I asked about them his expressions changed to pure agony in his eyes , I can say only rage is for them in his eyes when I look at him. I found myself guilty for asking about them.
"I don't have one."
"I am sorry but don't think that I am showing sympathy just don't know what to say so.."
"Its okay Khush just forget it."
"Hmm..So from tomorrow you have your college han."
"Missing me now itself aren't you. Don't worry sweetheart I will call you whenever possible and same for you too, you can also call me when you feel like."
"Arnav please don't embarrass me in front my friends."
"I will never. Do you have my number."
"Yeah the same number from which you called me this morning that one only right."
"Yup so you already saved it.." He gave his rare smirk
"Yeah."
I looked at my mobile and was shocked to see the time I didn't know but it has been two hours.
"What happen?"
"Arnav its already 7."
"So what Khushi."
"Its getting late I have to leave."
"Khushi I have other plans for us."
"Sorry Arnav some other day I should leave now."
"Khushi no ways and I don't think so that I will get a chance again to meet you soon. So please just your mouth and come with me."
I formed my mouth in o shape and glared him.
"Ok come now fast."
They stood up and Arnav led her near his car and took her to some place. The ride was for nearly 45 mins, all the way he was holding her hand. It was a dark place with fairy lights on, it was looking like a garden with trees decorated with lights and the path covered with rose petals. Far over there was a table and it was near a sea.
I loved all the arrangements and the sea waves added it to the beauty. Everything was perfect I just turned around and looked at him. Suddenly I felt an urge to kiss him and I just gave him a peck on his cheeks. The next moment I felt myself in his arms hugging me. I whispered him a thank you.
"Its just nothing Khushi. I just wanted to make it special for you." He held me tightly and kissed me over my hair
"This means a lot to me Arnav."
"My pleasure." Soon he picked me up in his arms and led us near the table. First I was surprised and asked him to put me down but he didn't gave a ear to my plea.
He made me sit on a chair and served me my favorite dishes.
"How did you know I love Jalebis and all this??" I asked him curiously
He just gave me a smile and said "I know many things about you after all its not easy to make a girl fall in love and that to a typical girl like you."
I just folded my hands and spoke "So you did all this to impress me han.."
"Khushi I always want to be honest first then comes the rest yes I did all this to impress you in my own way and I am glad that you liked it. I hope you understand."
"Hmm." And we started to have our dinner while talking in between.
Finally the dinner was over and I was standing in front of the sea admiring the beauty of the nature when I heard some music behind me. I turned over to get the shock of my life.

I stepped inside my house as soon as he left only to find my mom standing near the door.
After a long blasting evening here I am getting prepared to get scolding's from my mom.
"Sorry mom, the party started a bit late so I ended up coming late." I was hoping that she won't blast me but she did.
"Khushi did you check what's the time is now, how can you be so careless what will everyone think. Can't you tell your so called friend that you should leave home soon."
"Yeah mom I did and I know that it was getting late I even tried to come but I couldn't. Please try to understand."
"Ok but you could have at least tried to call me and inform about it but you didn't."
"Sorry mom I didn't think about it."
"Whatever the reasons are Khushi but this is not the way and changes it before it is too late. We thought that you will keep up with your promise."
"Mom please, I told you that I am wrong I didn't do all this wontedly try to understand or forget it. I can only ask forgiveness and not much. Now can you please leave me way to my room." I said getting irritated
Every time I am not allowed to be independent even after I joined my college they try to keep me in their fists. They do not care about what we want all they care about is what the people around the neighborhood will think and what all they question us. If my parents are afraid of my security since I am a girl then I am fine with it but even then they should try to give me little bit of freedom understanding their kids. But they wont even try to understand them.
"Never repeat it again bow go change your dress first. Did you have your dinner.'
"Yeah mom I had."
"Ok then good night sleep soon don't stay awake for long.'
One thing I get impressed about a mother's nature is how much they are angry on their kids they will never forget to take care of them. Mine is a typical one even though she gets angry and never forgives easily she won't stop taking care of me in any situation.
After that I went straight to my bed thinking about the events that took place this evening. An evening which can never become much better, How he was on his knees for me, how he carried me, kissed me, danced with me everything was still fresh. The moment he hugged me I felt myself secure in his arms. That unique feeling was only for him. I just met him day's back but still I feel like I have known him for years. Whatever he spoke there was true I felt the same he felt for me but my mind and heart never accepted it actually I was afraid to accept those natural feelings which occurred with him but today it became uncontrollable. For once I wanted to forget everything and get immersed in that beautiful feeling. I was really surprised on how much he understands me even without me confessing my feelings towards him, he was strong about my feelings even though that is the truth because from day 1 I have admired him to no extent, he may have been a biggest flirt but he is still good at heart. What I have known from all these days is he never lets out his feelings and emotions so easily and today I confirmed it when he spoke about his sister those emotions said it all. Not everyone can read him but the thought that I am able to read him makes me feel proud. There was something in his eyes when he spoke about his parents he was hesitant to tell me about them, there was only hatred for them. But I can't guess much only time can uncover all these mysteries. I was in my own world until I heard a beep, it was from my mobile a message from Arnav.
