Tantrums of our Stars.. Aam Admi will have to learn to live with it

Sreejita De, who was attacked by three men on the Western Express Highway a few days ago " they had robbed the actress and her cousin off their cell phones " is finally heaving a sigh of relief.

The attackers, the police informed her, have been nabbed.

She says, "They were caught robbing a girl in the Charkop area on August 10."
Sreejita, who was earlier disappointed with the authorities " she said she had spent 12 hours at the Dahisar Police station before an FIR was filed " is all praise for them now. "I am thankful to the police department and urge people who face such mishaps to file a complaint, no matter how long it takes. I also believe highlighting the matter in the media has helped. Having said that, I would advise young girls against travelling in rickshaws at night. They should book a cab or travel with friends in their own vehicles," she says.

let me explain...

I read that article when she said she was robbed of her mobile
phone while traveling in an AUTO RICKSHAW...
then there was this minute-by-minute blog by one of her frineds
(I lost patience after reading first few lines)

I did not react on that day because I was waiting this to be unfoled
on that day SD and her friend wanted the police to shun their all works
and run after the accused as per the directives of the complainants
(in this case SD and her friends)
(perhaps madamji ne took seriously her role as detective mukta during that
instant phansi track)
police do not operate in that way, they have their own way of operation
nabbing professional criminals is not a two-minute noodles
the way these stars think...
being a cop/spy on reel is like living in coco-land,
but being a cop/spy in real world is harsh
buy what to do...

both the cops and we aam aadmi should
quickly learn to live with these stars and their tantrums...

Note: SD is not alone, many stars do it with police, recent case of an allegedly false case of another
upcoming star of alleging rape accusations for the Mumbai DG

As far as I can see, she was disappointed since she had to wait for 12 hours at the police station before the FIR could be filed. I don't see how this was a "tantrum" in any way.

have or any or ur friends got their phone stolen in India? I have n trust me no matter how many complains u make police is never going to find them even when they have the means too. In US once left my phone by mistake and got it back the next day. I font think it's possible in India . So do u really think police was going to find her phone?? Strange!!!

for me it is not a matter of phone
it is a matter of women security
in case of any assault the first response of the police is
to ensure the victim is safe or given medical care if needed
all other matters are secondary...

if police does not find my mobile phone even after complaining
why should they bother about finding the mobile phone of a STAR/celebrity?
because we do not go to town (read media) for our stolen phones
but stars do !!!!!!!!

as I said, can you walk over to a police station in case of an assault and tell
' hey you stupid cop, I know where is the culprit is
you are doing nothing in this police station
come with me now and let's chase the culprit'

do you think police will oblige me and immediately
jump into their phatphatia and start a dhoom-type chase...

police does not work this way dear...nor they are expected to do that
if they don't do this for me why they should do it for a star...

and if the police does not do what you want
(like that crazy AAP Minister in Delhi who was ordering the police to raid but
very rightly police refused to act on the orders of others, how powerful (S)he may be...

no wonder, SD was treated like any other aam admi like me
and police did their job...

and surprise ... surprise
instead of slamming police for their so called callousness
for not acting promptly
why SD is praising mumbai police ?????
like all of you [her bhakts (fans)], she should be slamming
police black and white like you were doing post-this incidence...
any answer for her so much praise for the police???????

Btw, SD did not criticise the police for not ACTING promptly. She did it because they did not FILE AN F.I.R. promptly. There's a difference as far as I know. But then, what do I know. 😭
