"Nnooo !!!!" madhu shouted by waking up from her sleep. Trishna , madhu's sister who was sitting in the same room got worried with the scream and went to madhu "What happened madhu , did you see a bad dream??" . "Bad dream ,that was the worst dream i had ever seen in my life Didu. I am totally going mad" madhu said with horror expression on her face. "What dream did you see Madhu ?" "Didu in my dream i was getting married to trigonometry " "What !!! have you gone mad madhu , how can someone marry a subject. You and your weird dreams". "No didu i am telling you i am going mad , now what will happen with me who will marry a girl who dreams about trigonometry" "Oie Drama queen stop blabbering . Get ready dont you have to go to tution today" "Oh no !! It just slipped out of my mind, I have no time tomorrow is my maths exam and i still have many doubts . This time i am surely going to fail" "Relax madhu , nothing will happen why do you worry so much . If you keep thinking this much about maths , I am sure you will end up marrying a nerd or you will be forever alone". Trishna broke into laughter seeing madhus face it looked like madhu took her words very seriously.
Madhu was on her way to tuition , she was doing MSc in maths . Madhus fathers friend Mohan Kundra took tution for madhu he was a business man but helped on the insistence of her father. Madhu has not reached the house and it started to rain madhu was glad that her mother had forced her to take umbrella with her. When she reached the house Radha wife of mohan opened the door . She was a very sweet lady "Madhu beta come in but there is a small problem your sir had some urgent work so he went out" "No problem aunty i will wait till he comes , tomorrow i have my maths exam and i still have many doubts". "Beta mohan said he will come late but if you want my son can help you in maths. If you want i will ask him to help you but only if you dont mind ". Madhu thought it is better to take help than to fail tomorrow. "No problem aunty i would be happy if someone would help me".
Madhu had never seen the house properly. She always sat in the living room, the house was beautifully decorated she was observing the house and she dint realise when they reached radha auntys sons room. Madhu has never seen him , he has returned to india 1 week ago after completing his studies abroad. Now he has joined the office with mohan sir , she had always heard her dad and mohan uncles praising him. "Rishu beta this is madhu. She is the one whom your father gives tution to , as you know your father had gone for some important work he cannot help her today but she has some doubts in maths . Will you help her ?" "Ok mom , why not " "Madhu this is my son Rishabh , he will help you both start i will send coffe for you" saying this radha went out.
Madhu was shocked she thought someone with big glasses and a nerdy look will help her but this was totally opposite of what she imagined "Come Madhu have a seat. Hi, I am Rishab Kundra you can call me Rk. It is nice to meet you" "Sorry for disturbing but i have exam tomorrow and sir is also not there and aunty suggested you " "No problem Madhu now tell me where you have doubts". They started studying with concentration , Rk was clearing all her doubts very easily after very long time madhu was enjoying maths. Suddenly Rks phone started ringing. Rk saw the callers name and said "Madhu you continue with the problem, i will take this call". Rk was talking on phone and madhu was admiring him. He had chocolate brown eyes , perfect muscular body and he was very intelligent , madhu was quite impressed."If you are done checking me out we could continue with the problem !!" Rk said with a smirk. Madhu was embarrassed and blushed. "No...i...wa..was " "Let it be lets continue wit the problem". Madhu wanted to hit herself for getting caught. She dint realize when he ended the call but she couldnt help herself he was so handsome that it was very difficult to turn her eyes away from him. They continued to study for one more hour. "Thanx alot Rk if you wouldn't have helped me i would have surely failed". "Its not that big madhu .You can come to me for help anytime" Rk said with a charming smile."I would love to , Ok bye its getting late now". Radha came that time and said "I am sorry beta that mohan was not there , hope rishu cleared your doubts!" "NO need to be sorry aunty. I am glad that you suggested Rk to help me if not i would have been in a deep trouble, Okay bye aunty i will leave now"."How will you go back madhu beta it is raining heavily" "I have my umbrella with me aunty" . Rk interrupted "I will drop you to your house madhu , it is raining heavily " "Thanx but i will manage it Rk and i don't want to cause any more problem to you". then radha said " Yes madhu go with Rk , if you go in this rain you will fall ill" "Okay aunty thanx alot , lets go rk"
Madhu and rk started for madhus house. There was awkward silence in the car madhu stared at the window then at Rk and then at window. Rk was getting irritated by this "Do you want to say anything madhu ?" rk asked. "Canipleaseopenthewindow" madhu said in a single breath. "What madhu take a breath and say properly" "Can i please open the window!!" "Oh, yes you can " Rk said with a smile. Madhu opened the window and put her hand out of the window and started playing with the rain drops."Madhu the first right or the second one?" rk asked madhu had told him the address but he got confused so decided to ask her but madhu gave no reply. Rk thought madhu looks so beautiful yet so innocent. "Madhu dont you want to go home , if you have changed your plan do let me know!!" This time madhu replied "Now we have to take second right and stop near the cream building". When they reached madhu got out of the car and said "Thanx agin Rk for helping me and dropping me to the home"."It was my pleasure to help such a beautiful girl" madhu blushed and said bye and went.
From the next day madhu always tried to catch atleast a glimpse of rk with something or the other reason she tried to go inside , sometimes she used to get lucky and sometimes not. He would mostly be working on his laptop or playing guitar. If he saw madhu he would came and have a chat with her. Two weeks later madhu got the reult of her exam she thought to go and tell Rk about her result. Next day after studying she went inside to Radha and told her about the result and asked about Rk's whereabouts. Radha replied that rk was in his room. Madhu happily went to Rks room "Someone looks very happy today" rk said."Yep, yesterday at night i got the results of my exam. I scored very good marks in maths" "Thats great madhu , i was sure you would get good marks" " No need to thank me agin and again. If you really want to thank me you could go to a date with me " Rk said with a smirk. "Are you serious??" madhu asked getting shocked."Yep , I am" .Madhu thought for a while , she knew she had started liking him since the day she met him. "Hhhmmm... I would love to come" "Ok so tomorrow i will pick you at 4 from your college" madhu blushed and said " I will be waiting for you !!"
The next morning madhu was in total mess , she took a dress and put in front of her saw in the mirror and threw it on the bed this was same with the last 15 dresses. Madhu was confused about what to wear. "Madhu what is wrong with you, i am observing you from the last half an hour. I have never seen you getting so confused about wearing clothes. Is something special today??" "Didu you know na i cant hide anything from you . I am going to a date today" "Oh my !!! I am so in relief .At last you found someone for yourself, i was thinking you will surely have a arranged marriage" "Come on didu , i am not that boring. I have found a very handsome boy "saying this madhu winked at trishna. Trishna took out a beautiful pink dress for madhu and asked her to wear it.
The whole day madhu was not able to concentrate on the lectures. She was just waiting for the college to end, every 5 minutes she kept glancing at her watch and finally when the collage bell rang at 4 madhu becoming nervous, she slowly started walking towards the gate. Near the gate Rk stood leaning on the car with blue jeans and white t shirt and black shades. Rk was dressed to kill madhu thought. "So Miss beautiful where would you like to go ??" "Hmmm... I dont know" "How does icecream and a long drive sound" "Perfect" madhu replied with a beautiful smile.
Rk and madhu went to icecream parlor and had icecream. Rk was being a perfect gentleman , madhu was enjoying his company by the way who would not be affected by Rks charm. After having the icecream both of them went for the drive later they stopped at a park. The both talked about almost everything thier likes, dislikes, childhood, favourites and what noot. Madhu couldn't stop her crazy blabbering and Rk listened to her admiring her innocent talks. It was time for madhu to go back , today she dint have to go to Rks home as Mohan had some meeting.
Rk stopped at madhus house , he got down and opened the door for madhu. Madhu smiled at him and got down "I guess you had a nice time madhu" "Ofcourse Rk i like spending time with you" "I know that you are weak in maths but i think we will have a great chemistry.So would you like to go out with me "Rk said with a smirk , madhu chuckled and got on her toes and kissed rk on his cheek and ran till the door then she turned back and waved Bye to Rk and got in the house. Rk stood near the car smiling to himself. After few minutes Rk called Madhu. Madhu picked up the phone "Hello" she said "Hi Madhu" "Who is this??" "Oh! Madhu you forgot me sooo soon!!" "Rk ,how did you get my number??" "I have my own ways Madhu". "Now only we met right so why did you call?" "Can I not call you?" "No its not like yes you can call me " "Thats good ,now come to the window" "What?Why?" "Madhu come to the window" madhu got to her window she could see rk standing near the car. Madhu replied "Rk why are you still here? Why dint you go back?" "Madhu you said me bye and went without waiting for my reply!" Rk gave madhu a flying kiss and sat in the car and waved her bye .Madhu blushed "Bye Madhu"rk said and went.
Madhu and Rk met many times they went to movies , parties and dinners together. Rk introduced Madhu to his friends he always made madhu feel special. Sometimes he brought chocolates sometimes flowers. Whenever Mohan had a meeting Rk would help madhu in her studies. He would always pull madhus legs for not maths. Five months passed by madhu had her final exams coming in a week .Madhu was a bright student but she always panicked before the exam that she would fail. Rk always kept encouraging her ,he knew that he had fallen for this crazy Madhu. He wanted to confess to her but he was waiting for madhus bday which was on the next day of madhus last exam. Rk has been planning hard for it he wanted to give her a perfect confession.
Madhu had finished her last exam ,she was so happy she Rk "Hi , how are you?? Before you start questioning let me tell you my exam went good . Where are you come to the collage we will go somewhere" "Sorry madhu I have a very important meeting tomorrow I am very busy with its preparation." "Oh, I thought we could spend time together I have been so busy with my exam " "Madhu I would have loved to come but there is a very important meeting which dad wants me to handle" "Ok no problem, Bye take care" "Bye madhu". Madhu felt very sad she desperately wanted to spend time with Rk. Its not that they have not be meeting , they met daily but it was related to her studies only . Madhu went home and talked with Trishna, she was missing Rk very much so she decided to sleep. At 12 o'clock her mom ,dad and trishna came to madhu room and woke her from her sleep and wished her.That moment she realized it was her birthday, she hurriedly checked her phone to see any missed calls or msgs from Rk but there was none. She felt very sad it was her first bday with him and he dint remember it then she tried to console herself by thinking that he must have been busy it must have slipped from his mind, he had a very important meeting he said.
In the morning madhus mother cooked madhus favorite breakfast, trishna brought her favorite chocolates and gifted her a beautiful bag but madhu seems to enjoy nothing .All her friends called to wish her but the call she was waiting for never came. It was six in the evening madhu was in tears ,Rk has not wished her still she had lost all her hopes. Then her mobile rang it was Rk calling , she picked the call with lot of hope and excitement"Hi madhu , I actually needed a favor from. You remember today was a important meeting we got the deal so there is a success party in the office and i need a date will you come with me?" Madhu was now angry on rk she wanted to shout at him but she then thought he must really been very busy with the meeting. "Ok, I will come with you" "Madhu in few minutes my driver is coming with a parcel for you do take it and get ready. I am coming to pick you up till seven" saying this rk kept the call. Few minutes later the door bell rang trishna opened the door and took the parcel.
"Offfooo madhu ... Your hero had sent you a gift. Come on open it." "Didu not now , i have to get ready he is coming to pick me in an hour" "Oh!! going to a special date" "No didu there is a party at his office and he wants me to come with him" madhu said with a sad face. Trishna went out of the room, madhu opened the parcel it was a black sari with silver work on it. Madhu got ready wearing the sari she only put her diamond earrings and applied kohl to her eyes. Then she heard Rks car horn , she took her silver clutch bag and went to the door. Rk stood at the door in black suit with white shirt underneath and a bouquet of red roses in his hand. He was looking very handsome madhu stood at the door ogling at him. "Madhu if you are done checking me out, we can move" "Oh yes lets go, you must be getting late" "One minute madhu, Roses for the beautiful lady in black"rk gave madhu the bouquet and kissed madhu on her cheek. Rk was proud of his decision of gifting her the black saree she was looking ethereal in it, It was very difficult for rk to move his eyes away from madhu and this was the same with madhu also. Rk and madhu started moving towards the car hand in hand , Madhu was finding it very difficult to walk. First of all she was clumsy and now this sari with the high heels was making it more difficult .Madhus leg got on the sari and she slipped , she closed her waiting for the fall which never came. She opened her eyes in surprise when she felt that she dint touch the ground but something muscular and then she realized she was in the arms of her Rk. Madhus heart was beating very fast ,there eyes locked they were in the same position until trishna came and broke their trance saying "Oie hero heroine if you are done with your staring session you can move , I am sure dad will not like seeing you both like this in front of the house". "Sorry Didu , lets go rk ". They both got in the car after driving for almost half an hour rk stopped the car. He took a black cloth and blindfolded madhu. "Rk what are you doing ? Where are we going?" madhu asked. "Dont you trust me madhu?" "I do rk but what is all this" "You trust me right so now sit calmly for few minutes we are almost there". After few minutes when rk stopped the car madhu started questioning him "Have we reached? Where are we? Can i open this?" "Wait a minute first let me get you out of the car then you yourself will know all the answers to your questions" Rk helped madhu get out of the car , after walking few steps rk opened madhus blindfold . Madhu was awestruck seeing the sight before her. They were standing infront of the lake and a beautiful boat decorated with flowers and huge banner saying Happy birthday madhu. Madhu couldn't believe this was happening , it looked like a beautiful dream. Rk slowly hugged her from backside and seductively whispered in her ear "Happy Birthday Madhu , Did you really think i forgot your bday". Madhu turned and hugged Rk tightly "Thanx alot Rk but you know how sad i was from yesterday that you dint remember my bday " "OK , i am sorry i just wanted to surprise you and now lets go this is just the start for you surprises" saying this Rk winked at her. Madhu was feeling on the seventh sky everything looked like a fairy-tale to her.
On the boat there was table and two chairs and a chocolate cake in the center "Lets cut the cake first madhu", Madhu cut the cake and gave the piece to rk and rk took the piece from her hand and made her eat he flickered her nose. Then rk took his guitar and said "Madhu I know that i dont sing nicely but this one is for you" Rk started singing

Rk came nearer to madhu and got on his knees with a diamond platinum ring "Madhu I dont know what has happened to me in last few months all i think is about you. I wish to see your face last thing on the night and first thing in the morning. I always want you be my side. I Love You Madhu, Will you marry me??" Madhu has been waiting for this moment since long "I love you too Rk and yes yes yes i want to marry you ". Rk slipped the ring in madhus finger and he pulled her nearer and they kissed passionately.
