I did not know she was pregnant? Is she really pregnant?

I know she fainted from a pre-cap and yesterday she looked like she was going to gag from the cake.

But not 100% sure. Let me know please :)

We dont know dear,All are predicting it but its not been shown as of yet.
Hope she is though... 4 days left and I dont see any sign of Aliya's innocence being proved by anyone.Need to stop the Talakh anyhow.
