The way Nandini reacted when Navya told her about Dhruv I'm pretty sure she will rush to save him and then Manik will arrive and misunderstand Nandini because he told her to stay away from Dhruv and then more drama... i dont know i have a feeling something like that would happen

Yeah I'm pretty sure that Nandu will see and go get Manik for help. And of course Manik will misunderstand her.

He might even think Nandu is helping Harshad because she witnessed what happened to Dhruv and how saw how close Manik is to him.
