Dev is not a planner or plotter and he does not like all this manipulative ways. We saw how uncomfortable he was when he tried to snatch the diary from Durga's bag.

So why she is doing what she is doing should come to him on his own. Then he can take a call. Whether to support her or leave her.

I guess Durga wants Dev with her, but only if he understands her mission. And she fears knowing him he may not support the mission the way she wants.

No, what I meant was that from audience point of view it is definitely a development in the Dev;s investigation process but from Durga's point of view, the plan is not really a full proof one. The way Dev stormed in the Payal's house and wanted to take her for a drive isn't something Durga had planned before. Besides, Dev is doubting Durga for faking her love for Shaurya. My question remains to where it was before. She wants Dev to know everything or wants Durga= Nitya equation to remain a secret ? What exactly is her plan ? If keeping secret was the idea then handing over the diary with those pages torn isn't a good idea. If I were Nitya and I wanted to keep my identity a secret, I would either fill a few pages with love filled lines or would have torn those pages neatly to make him realise there was nothing more written in that diary.

I had felt from the beginning she wanted Dev to know who she is. Atleast her heart wants. Her mistakes are from the heart.
