A man is walkin down the high street in broad day light, has his laptop in his handcase when some 5 teenage kids approach him from nowhere and ask for his laptop. Lets say.. he refused to give it to them....they get into a small scuffle and the man gets hurt cus it a one against five fight. Suffers a strain or a injury ...and they run away with his laptop anyway.

How do you judge the situation..what should've been done ideally? You agree with the man's approach or would you have done something else like tried running away with or without the laptop?

This issue has become an everyday issue, be it broad daylight or evenings or night. How does one deal with it at that moment? Should you run...or should you stay n fight?

it all depends on what the goons are asking for. if it is materialistic stuff like wallet, car, laptop, I would say just hand it over. no point in fighting for this. but god help them if they want to do something to any of my family member...."over my deadbody" is the approach i'll be taking there!!!

Things are replaceable. 😊 individuals are not replaceable. 😳 So these material things are not worth you risking our life for, especially if you are out numbered. Maybe one on one, you have a chace, but with these gangs today not worth risking your life. 😳 Fight all the way not to risk a famil members life being taken...but over things like mobiles etc is it worth you dying over in the world today?

Flight for sure...

There was an Indian couple right around the corner from us. They were coming back after shopping groceries, and right when they were unlocking their door, a bunch of goons arrived and asked for his wallet. The poor guy was new in the country and he gave it but he said, take anything you want but leave out my license please and BAM! Those people beat him black and blue and the wife was just s tanding there, shocked. Since they were new and all, she did not have a phone and was shocked out of her wits to do anything.

These gangs, big and small, are increasing in number and it is alwys better to give them whatever they want (of course, materialistic stuff) and get out of that place. Never good to muddle with these ppl...

yes i have heard from many people that they just hand it over and they have advised to better hand it over rather than arguing with them. but if thats a small kid who does it, you can show your judo art and you get a chance to show off a little bit 😳 , result, he is going to run at light speed leaving the wallet behind. have encountered such incidents more than one time and its not a funny experience 😕
