The portrayal of both Jodha and Akbar was gross from starting
Akbar was a ruthless warrior cum Casanova who lusted on women and spent majority time in harem
Jodha was a stubborn hot headed princess ready to jump in river, well etc
If we assume this was real Jodha-Akbar God save the empire and its citizens
The dignity of a throne and a king and queen of the empire was never maintained in serial from start
It always swung to extremes either too much of fights or too much of soberness and crying
Even an average couple would not fight, scream, threaten to jump, cry at drop of hat etc
If there were genuine reason like jodha drinking poison etc its Okkk but at drop of hat emperor that too one as Akbar the great is shown crying and Jodha aqueen is showing screaming and disobeying husband every time
Now this show has crossed all limits emperor is busy romaincing another man wife and queen is in jungle pulling up a huge king kong who loves her and had kidnapped her once
God save us viewers from these illogical tracks and Over the top portrayal without any sense and decency that too in name of a historical great like Akbar
To be honest this show shows the mental framework of makers and CVs rather than Akbar the great or Jodha Bai
I have no hopes of much changes as long as TRP is good. Another one or 2 years TRP will be good and then downfall and all forgotten. This serial is damaged enough to not be a classic like Akbar the great, Sword of Tipu etc. A great chance wasted.
I wish some good production house does a great take on this show classically after few years. The story has great scope
