Well first of all I would like to congratulate everyone on great job you guys did on the thread! It started off as an amazing character than got butchered later on. Probs because the makers started stalking the forum and thinking just like them. If only they could have kept that girl that slapped a superstar to tell him he was wrong I would have continued watching the show. But my interest was lost after the second wedding so were the most of viewers and TRP ratings fell down after she had forgiven the same superstar so easily.

But if there is anything that added grace to the character of Madhu it was Drashti's portrayal! See what made her portrayal so great was instead of giving blank stares for each expression she gives distinct expression for each emotion. That was the one thing that made Madhubala comes to life.

Pareshan Madhu

Drashti's status in the industry today itself shows how great her portrayal as Madhubala was. While most actresses get lost in the dust while playing weak characters Drashti has endorsed a product as a brand ambassador. While other tv actors have also done adds she was the first TV actor to ever be selected as brand ambassador. Not only did it show the growth of India Television but it showed it through Drashti.
