I have shown Hrithik movies to a lot of ethnically diverse friends and all of them have found him attractive, but some in IF find him ugly. Shocked. I always thought if you love movies, you would have gone to a theater once in your life. Come to find out today in another thread, people who love movies enough to make an ID on IF have never been to one. Shocked. I could name thing after thing that strikes at a few basic assumptions I have made.

As for music, I always assumed soulful music was what appealed the most. Rockstar has soulful music a lot and LAK does not except for one song. So yes, I am shocked that people prefer LAK over Rockstar because that goes against one of my basic assumptions.

For me, Rockstar and LAK are as chalk and cheese, Beethovan and Beiber yada yada. Allergories. Not saying A R Rehman is Beethovan. Now that would be an insult .

I never did set out to insult anyone's taste and I do apologize for coming across like that. But yes, it does shock me that LAK music appeals more than Rockstar to some people. Sorry, can't lie about that to be PC.

A question: Which balm do you use on your sore fingers at the end of the day? The verbal diarrhea just shocks me.

You started it with your superior taste chant. Shrouding insult with 1,000,000 words and diplomacy can't change it. Khoobsurat's reply to your first shocked post was polite, you still insinuated that we have poor taste like Beiber lovers.

Rockstar atleast had a riveting performance from Ranbir which made me glued to my seats from beginning to end of the movie despite of terrible storytelling and poor acting from Nargis...LAK was awful =:\ Couldnt even complete the movie...It failed in every aspect minus the music...the story,screenplay,acting,direction...everything was amiss..I had some huge expectations about LAK after watching the trailers and song promos but they were shattered when I watched the final product

Rockstar could have been a lot better..

if only it was made about ranbir madly in love with the girl.. and the girl not being interested in him..

a story about a failed love story.. one sided love story...but it was ruined.. I still enjoyed the song.. it was still better LAK..

Rockstar was unbearable. I would never ever watch it a second time. LAK was hella boring, but still more bearable than Rockstar and i liked the music of LAK better.I tried my best but couldnt like even one song of rockstar

Haven't watched rockstar,but LAK was one of the most ridiculous movie ever. The only thing I loved bout both movies were the songs,LAK a little more than Rockstar.
