Hey friends, tonight's episode was so hilarious, at the beginning I was laughing so much at the boys!😆
Anyway, so some people have been a bit negative about Raman kissing his phone and how he's not doing it for Ishu. Well dost, I am here to prove how huge this sign is for Raman and Ishita!
It is a little know fact that being drunk leads to truth exposure, and I think our bechara RKB has unknowingly shared with us the truth about his relationship with Ishu!
First of all the proof is clearly in his smile.
Raman's kissing the phone wasn't as a result of having good blackmail material, rather he kissed the phone because he finally has a way of controlling his Jhansi Ki Rani.
Let's take apart the scene-
If you watch the whole scene(which I have many times), Raman takes a step away from the boys and almost reflects on what he has on his phone. He then raises his eyebrows, almost as if he is asking "Is this real?" And he kisses the phone gently and slowly, keeping it on his lips for a couple of seconds, notice that he doesn't kiss the phone as someone might usually when they've won something, rather he kisses it lovingly. Cv's deliberately have shown Raman kissing the screen, just like Ishita did a while ago, they could've written anything to show that Raman is happy about having blackmail material, (e.g a taunt about her, a comment about how he's in control, or just celebrating with his boys), but instead they chose the kiss, which is very significant.
After the kiss, he still can't seem to stop smiling; his smile doesn't suggest that he feels he's triumphed, rather it almost looks as if he's madly in love. This isn't the smile of the old RBK that needed to have control over everything and would have actually used blackmail maliciously, rather the new RKB whose teases are a direct translation of his love- all he wants is a little control over the woman he unknowingly is in love with.
Next his eyes wander to the phone then back up as if there are ideas circulating in his head, he again puts the phone to his lip, quite excitedly; to me this suggests that Raman, even if he is drunk, is excited for what more he can achieve with this video, what else Ishita might agree too?
The scene ends with him looking in the direction that Ishita left to go to their room.
Basically, in his eyes, this is the perfect manoeuvre to progress their relationship, but in his style and his way.
So there you have it guys. I might come across as over-analytical, but I'm really good reading body language and emotions and I really think that this is a big sign for Ishra.
Raman wants control over his wife- but out of tenderness for her and loves being in control because he knows it teases her. However, he won't let any other man have any control over her, like Ashok's stupid, khota, kameena, bewakuf brother! He will fight for her respect, her freedom and her career!
And once Ishra are out of this darkness, who knows what else he might ask of her because of this video excuse? 😉
