what if poornima was mr.bhalla's first wife andbirth mother of raman, and toshiji is his second wife butloves raman just like ishu love ruhi thts y toshi loves ishu a lot becuase she sees herself in ishu.

Wow now that you mention it's quite a possibility an her name is poornima Prakash and mr bhalla is omprakash Bhalla so it's highly possible

Interesting point.

But to me it looked like she was staring at Ruhi, like a mother who was remembering her little girl from a long time ago. Ruhi is supposedly looks exactly like Shagun so it wouldn't weird that Shagun's mother would recognize her right away.
