ChV people are the most biased people. Period. People are shouting for Shantanu's solo. But these people will die but not give him a solo. Haan understood. Shantanu is a class dancer. And maybe they are scared that if he dances it will make their other "Heroes" look paani kam chai. Other than that I don't find any reason why he isnt given a solo. He is lead.
