Heyyy... I am back with another doubt...

So now we see a new spoiler that she will walk out of the house... so my question is .. does this change the situation or is it the same.. they can reconcile in three months without any issues...?????

One more thing during three months period it is responsibility of husband provide all necessities food cloth and a room to live or if she want live another house its is his responsibility

no its the same and they can reconcile ...at times when such circumstances occur even some outsider or a family member can make them think and can get them closer...there is absolutely no issue if they can't tolerate each other they have all the rights to live seperately and can be together as husband and wife within 3 months...

I wouldve thought Aliyah and Zains nikkahs void after he said talaaq to her 3 times as he did last night! :$

i have quoted the translation of Surah Talaaq...

Apart from that you can read surah baqrah chater 2 vaerse 228 229 230

O Prophet! When ye do divorce women, divorce them at their prescribed periods, and count (accurately), their prescribed periods: And fear Allah your Lord: and turn them not out of their houses, nor shall they (themselves) leave, except in case they are guilty of some open lewdness, those are limits set by Allah: and any who transgresses the limits of Allah, does verily wrong his (own) soul: thou knowest not if perchance Allah will bring about thereafter some new situation.

65 : 2
