Even if this side of Jalal and his dialogues would remained only for today's epi , I really really want to dedicate this post to show my absolute appreciation marked by 'T'he retort of Jalal to Jodhaa , the with a capital 'T' ! I strongly approuved and supported it and how I was desperating Jalal to spit out , to revolt about his position and the importance of his point of view , FINALLY This echoed my craving ears : "SO WHAT JODHAA BEGUM ? WHEN I LISTEN AND OBEY YOU , I AM A HUMAN BEING WITH COMPASSION AND HEART AND WHEN I TRY AT ONCE TO TAKE A DECISION ENACTING MY OWN MIND , I AM A HEARTLESS BEING AND RUTHLESS KING ?" 👏👏⭐️ I am SATISFACT ! The way Jodhaa takes his self independence right to take a decision and think as a Shehenshah and for Mughal Sultanat , in an authorative and practical way , that was really disappointing to assist to see her again contradicting him by putting again human values on way as hurdles and once he tries to think by himself , enquiring : "YEH AAP KO KYA HOGAYA HAI SHEHENSHAH ?" , it's awkward like if she was surprised to discover that he is no more going to be her obedient puppy ! Explaining and vanting to her husband , the King , the meaning of his own title , I take it really as an extreme offense literally an insult and a biggest one as saying if she hasn't taught him those values in past , he wouldn't have got this title 😲 ! Why when decisions need to be take practically and strictly yet fairly , Jodhaa should always had to compromise them by reinserting human values there again and again ? It's humble , clemency and admirable to carry such human values but they shouldn't always be the IDEAL PRETEXT to influence a decision or an opinion ! Jalal was totally right on his position today as he tries to think wisely , not only concerning Jodhaa but for the sake of security of all people residing in his Harem , putting them indirectly in danger ! But how unfortunate and disappointing it was again to see that no one was approuving his decision nor seeing him from a good eye , as he was about to commit a SIN and blinking in mercy toward Jodhaa to again interfere in Jalal's decision , DISGUSTING ! Atgah Khan and Hamida Begum , disgraceful and useless nuts just to interfere in non need matters but to disappear when needed ! Yeah , Jalal is compromising the so called 'mohobbat' to Jodhaa by his attraction toward Atifa but hasn't Jodhaa prove the same today ? He spits out his irrevocable decision of sentence without listening to her for the 1ST TIME and what Jodhaa deduced by this prouving her stable and eternal trust toward her patidev and his 'mohobbat' : "WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU SHEHENSHAH , THE WAY YOU SPEAK , SEMBLABLE AS IF THERE ISN'T ANY LOVE FOR ME IN YOUR 'MAAN ?" So what are we supposed to understand , that she thinks Jalal loves her when he is clean , lovey dovey , smiley smiley , obedient , submitting and agreable to her ? When was he shameless , unfaithful and unworthy of her love ? Just because he eyed an attractive and beautiful court singer who is married , because while reconforting her , he rested his hand on her shoulder , he lifted up her ghunghat , he held her hand by giving her his necklace in appreciation reward ? And only these 'advances' and gests from him toward a woman whom he is smitten by and openly admitted that he loves her ? A powerful and influencial king as him owning nearly whole India at that time , such man has power to tranform the impossible and undone things into possible and feasible things if he was conducted to by his desire , and still he is remaining out of the confidentiality line , so is he SHAMELESS ? Is he INSENSITIVE ? NO , NOT AT ALL ! He is honest and has admitted it openly without turning in rounds for pretexts and still he is staying on his guards rather then processing further , WHY ? . . . I let you answer !

Even if Jo wanted him forgiven due to Ramadan, she could have used her vachan in private,not when the king has so forcefully announced a death penalty in front of this subjects !

Jodhaa's biggest default is , she rarely thinks practically , whenever and however decisions are meant to be , she always sort out human values and applies it in every decisions to influence others opinions and the decision over the matter , that so getting on my nerves and UNREALISTIC !

i totally agree with you after i understood what he said to her and he is justified in his beliefs!

what irks me is that admittance of ones wrong does no make it RIGHT. I believe when it comes to khaiber he is right but when it comes to atifa he is wrong. the situation is the same like the edge of a double edged sword both will cut deep. the problem with jalal is that because he is king he believe that he can do no wrong and that his actions are beyond reproach when in reality because he is king his actions will be the most scrutinised. yes he has done all those things and they are wrong and even though he admitted it... he should never have done it in the first place. look at wat he did jodha with the sujamal incident and his behavior was without sufficient evidence. what then should jodha do when she finds out about him and his married mistress...I LET YOU ANSWER THIS!

She always wants her goodness to triumph by anyways and yes , it's getting more and more annoying and unrealistic !

only one question is if she was so much mahan and made akbar like this then why akbar name is there not hers??
