Vikrant calls Sunaina down. Sid starts thinking how can two people look so similar. Vikrant tells Sunaina that Prem's daughter took her to be her Mother and she is ill and wants to meet her Mother. He adds that Prem wants her to go with them to Delhi. Sujata tells that it's only matter of 10-12 days and she will be comfortable there. Sunaina tells that she is ready to go with them. Vikrant tells that he will come with them to Delhi. Sid agrees. Prem tells that they will have to leave this afternoon.

Mataji asks Mano what they will do if Anjali asks for her Mother after Sunaina leaves. She tells that Sunaina is so similar to Simar and it will change everything in this house. She further tells that if Sunaina comes to this house Prem and Surbhi's relation will be affected. Mano tells that Prem is a very responsible boy. Mataji tells that Sunaina will bring back memories of Simar and Prem will get away from Surbhi. Mano tells Mataji to believe in Matarani.

Pari informs that Sunaina and everyone arrived. Mataji tells that she won't meet Sunaina and she shouldn't come in her way. She tells Mano to take care of this.

Sujata introduces Vikrant to everyone. Sunaina enters the house and everyone gets stunned seeing her. Simar thinks that she never thought that she will be back to her house. She thanks Matarani for sending her back to her family. Roli tell Matarani that she will give Simar back her identity.

Mano calls Sunaina Simar and goes to embrace her. Simar also comes forward. Roli calls her Sunaina and introduces Mano. Mano tells Sunaina that she felt their Simar came back to them. Roli introduces Sunaina to the rest of the family. Simar notices that Mataji is missing. Prem asks where Mataji is. Mano tells that Mataji loved Simar very much and that's why she didn't come down. Sujata tells Sunaina to meet Anjali first. Sujata tells Roli to take Sunaina to Anjali.
