Anyone watching VR from Canada

Hi guys
Sorry but just really curious to ask
In Canada, for me, VR and all the other serials air one hour late in Canada. So Vr airs at 10:30PM than 9:30Pm which is kind of late

Does this change somewhere in between to normal time and then change bake like a cycle

i live in Toronto - for me same time i recorded and watch it next day - when i update i watch it on youtube - i can't sit and watch too many commercials in the middle - it drive me nuts so i always recorded the programs so i can forward the commercials
yes the time change affects the timinig
