Today's Take ... Belief and Disbelief

undefined

The belief of a child ... his hope ... his faith ... this lady is his mother, and she's back!
(joined by the hope and faith of all of us on this forum 😛)

The disbelief of a husband and father ... of a man who saw his wife's body burn on a funeral pyre ... this girl is just a humshakal ... there are six of them including her somewhere in this world.

Let's see who wins ... Dhruv's hope and faith ... or Rudra's realism.

AND ... Rukmini is back!!! Which means the Paro connection is established. 😃

Myrah and the Ranawats

Rudra stands next to Paro's picture, and ponders the cruel irony of fate ... a lookalike of Paro, in the same town ... and she's already met both him and Dhruv ... no wonder Dhruv was so insistent he had met his mother.
Maithili tells him not to worry about Dhruv's misconception ... Rudra tells her that he almost made the same mistake as Dhruv. Neither of them even entertain the thought that it could be Paro ... after all, Rudra consigned her to the flames himself.
However Rudra did say that for a moment, he had a ray of hope ... what hope? How?

Dhruv overhears ... and confers with his confidante, Koel ... after ensuring her secrecy promise to him is not the same secrecy promise as the false ones she bestows on her mom and Dadi 😛 Because he knows that's his mother .. otherwise how would she look like his mother, and why would she be in Udaipur?
How wonderfully simple a child's thinking is! 😳
And later that night, he tells Paro's picture the same thing ... Papa might not agree, but you and I know you're my mother. 😳

Myrah sends a video message to her fiance ... omitting the mandatory 'I love you' ... she's just not the type.
Just not the type ... or she can't say what she doesn't feel? 🤔

And she's is enchanted by a blue butterfly who flies in out of nowhere.
Rukmini is back ... which means Rudra ... and a storm ... are heading Myrah's/Paro's way.
And the Paro-Myrah connection is established ... Rukmini is only Paro's friend, no one else's.

So the first thing Rukmini leads Myrah to ... is Rudra's wallet.
And Myrah decides she needs to give it back ... hopefully this time Rudra won't run away again. 😆
Interesting point ... Myrah didn't blink at Rudra's full name. It obviously didn't ring any bells. 🤔

Next morning ... Dhruv sets off to find his mother ...
Back home, Rudra and rest of the Ranawats are in a tizzy ... till Koel admits that he went to find his mother. So Rudra sets off after him ... after discovering that he can't find his wallet.

In the meantime, Dhruv gets splashed with mud ... is that why Myrah didn't recognise him as the child she met the previous day? 😆 Of course, the kid also had a face transplant in the interim, so can't really blame her. 😛

So Myrah ... who is on the way to find Rudra and return his wallet, is stopped by a mud splattered Dhruv knocking at her car window, and mistakes him for a beggar ... she tries to give him biscuits, because he must be hungry, and while she won't give him money, she's soft-hearted, and feels sorry for a hungry child.
And is of course misunderstood by a furious Rudra, riding up on his motorbike ... who shouts at her for misleading his child, and breaking his heart ... because she's a spoilt rich girl, so obviously she's heartless. 😲
Myrah is already having an effect on Rudra ... he's losing his temper, and his ability to think straight 😆

Unfortunately for him, Myrah not only looks like Paro, but she's equally feisty, in fact, much more so ... and a good deal more vocal. So she gives it back to him ... he has no right to make assumptions without knowing anything ... she was trying to help the child, because she thought he was hungry ...

Which gets Rudra even more angry at this slur on his parenting ... Dhruv is not a beggar child, neither is he hungry ... all he wanted was ... his mother

But of course Rudra can't say what Dhruv really wanted ... so he tries to leave again ... Myrah is mystified, what does the child want then?
Dhruv looks at Paro's picture ... that's what he wants ... and what Rudra can't tell Myrah.

Myrah isn't having Rudra's rudeness ... so she gives him another ticking off ... then, forget it, she doesn't want to know any further. She does't know Rudra's history, neither does she want to know ... she's tried being nice, saying sorry ... oh and by the way, here's his wallet ... which he left behind, and she was on the way to find him to return it. He saved her the bother of finding him ... thanks for that.

Rudra left with nothing to say ... and no chance to say anything, even if he did 😛

Myrah stalks off to her waiting car ... stumbles ... Dhruv points out to his father that a bike is roaring her way ... and Rudra pulls Myrah out of the way ... almost into his arms, much to their combined discomfiture.

Hmmm ... I don't really want any Myrah-Rudra close encounters yet ... it feels like a betrayal of Paro. CV,s a little slow on the love story if you please.

Myrah pulls away with a muttered 'thanks' ... Dhruv smiles and tucks his precious picture back into his bag ... Rudra takes off with his son ... and Myrah looks at Dhruv as he stares back at her, a lost and slightly haunted look in her eyes ...

KoShaMo

SuShaMo are okay in small doses, but they get boring in large ones. Episode started with Mohini pulling a fast one over Shatabdi in their achaar battle ... using Koel as the via media. Not a very nice thing for either grandmother or mother to do with a small child ... it might backfire on them in the long run.

And later a SuShaMo scene ... the achaar drama ... this round goes to Mohini ... and Sumer continues his policy of straddling the fence, and leaping over onto the side of the winner, whichever woman it is .

All I can say is ... with parents and a grandmother like these, it's good for Koel that she has Maithili, Samrat, Rudra and Danveer also in the family. 😕 😆 The two sets of influences seem to be balancing each other.

Rukmini ...Thank You 😃 Bas Myra is Paro 😛

Diya,
Perfect Title ...Wonderful analysis 👏

Hi Diya- Thanks for writing and explaining so beautifully every day.

Today, I am a little more upbeat looking at Rukmini. Is it possible guys that Myra could be Paro?😊
Here are some of my thoughts. I am happy today after so many days because I can see some positivity here.😛

Sabotage moment- KCM is back at her games and she does confuse Shatabdi with her talks with the pickle guy and she uses Koel to convey the wrong message. Can we expect anything better from KCM? Well, somebody is back in their character.

Vision of Paradise- Myrah loves India and is busy telling Rohit that this place is perfect for a fairy tale wedding, she wants to settle after marriage and Rohit can open a textile industry, and she will chill. And the she mentioned open sky, door door tak desert, camels, the sun setting in the desert and lots of stars in the night. Didn't Paro Bai Sa love all these things? 😛

Deep thought moment- Rudra has his eyes closed and is still thinking that how can that be possible? Maithili tells him that Dhruv remembers his mom every minute and that is why he must have misunderstood. However, Rudra confirms that Dhruv was saying the truth. 😊 Maithili's expressions were bang on.

My favorite moment of the day- Myra is saying Bye when Rukmini arrives and Myrah says "OMG that is gorgeous" and she is desperate to take her picture.😊 Another clue why Myrah can be related to Paro.

Fateful moment
- Rudra tells Maithili that why is Kismat playing such a painful joke on me?😭 As if I am not a person, but a toy. On top of that, I have been entrusted to be the security officer of that Aurat whose face resembles Paro. He has to stay with that lady and it would be killing for him. I couldn't hear the last part but did Rudra say a slight hope arose in me, the hope which I had given up 7 years ago.

Symbolic moment of the day- Myrah is chasing Rukmini and saying pretty Butterfly, stop, ruko, and she stamps on Rudra's wallet. So Rukmini does lead Myrah to Rudra's wallet. I really thought Bholenath is showing her the way here and sent Rukmini as her messenger. Thank you, Bholenath.😛

Dhruv-Koel moment- Loved how Dhruv told Koel to keep the promise that he will go looking for his mom. He said not Dadi-Mummy Jhotha wala promise and then Koel said BholeBaba wala promise.😊

Apologetic moment- Loved how Rudra apologized to Dhruv for not believing in him. Rudra clarified though that she looks like your mom, she is not your mom. There are 7 people in this world who look like each other. It was cute how Dhruv said that does he look like Salman Khan?😊

Significant moment- Dhruv talks to Paro and says Papa feels anything but you and me know that it is you, hamara secret?😛 His belief is so strong and it is hard to believe otherwise.

Worrying moment
- Ranawats are worried for Dhruv and Koel does tell them and Shatabdi is about to eat her up. However, Maithili saves her and assures her that everything is alright.😊

Phatphatiya moment- How many of you loved seeing Dhruv on his Phatphatiya?😊 It was nice to see him on his phatphatiya for a change.😊

Myrah-Dhruv moment
- Dhruv says Mummy but the window was closed so Myrah couldn't hear it and when Dhruv was so desperate to show her Paro's photo.😊 I guess we will have to wait for another day on that one. Rudra arrives and says Dhruv which catches Myra's attention.

Rudra-Myrah moment- Myrah is surprised that how does Rudra know this child? Who is he? Rudra is mad and says what difference does it make and why are you asking? What else can one expect from a spoilt girl who can respect other people's feelings?

Reprimanding moment- Myrah retorts back and tells Rudra that she didn't get a dream that he is his son. Also, what is this spoilt girl and emotions. She said Mr. Rudra- I was trying to help this boy and I thought he was asking for Bheekh.

Important moment of the day
- Rudra says he is not a Bheekhari, he didn't come to you for that. "Yeh toh sirf Tumse Aapne...". He almost said it😊

Moment of Relief- I was genuinely happy when Dhruv was safe today. I got literally scared when he took the taxi but Thank God nothing happened to him.😊

Myrah's question to Rudra- What does he want from me? You just can't walk away without saying anything. I have always talked with respect to you, I said sorry 10 times still you didn't say anything and today you are talking to me like this. I don't want to know about your History and Geography and walks away. She also hands over the wallet and clarifies that she found it in the hotel room and didn't steal and she doesn't want to look for people like him.

Numero Uno moment of the day
- Rudra does save Myrah upon Dhruv's behest and they are both drawn towards each other. Dhruv loves it because this is what he wants and Bholenath ki Jai Ho.😊 How many times did Rudra save Paro's life? Well, here we go. This is just the beginning, guys.

Compelling moment- Dhruv cannot keep his eyes away from Myrah on his way back home and Myrah too looks at Dhruv and her eyes are glued at Dhruv. Do we see a connection establishing here?😊

After watching today's episode, a slight "Hope" has risen in my mind. Could Myrah be Paro?

H- Happiness (Did Bholenath send Rukmini to Myrah as a messenger?)😛
O- Optimistic (Was it a sign from Bholenath when Myrah picked up Dhruv's wallet?)😛
P- Paramount (Why is Myrah so attracted to Rukmini and wants to take her picture?)😊
E- Eternal (Rudra saved Myrah's life and does it remind you all of anything?)😛

Precap- It is KCM's turn to freak out after seeing Myrah tomorrow.

Shweths, JJ and Gayatri- Thanks for giving us that faith and hope in your thread. After watching Rukmini appear today in Myrah's life, my optimism has grown a bit further.😊
Shweths- Thanks for adding this picture of Rukmini in my post.😊
Diya- You are right that the CVs won't let us forget Paro.😊
Hope- I had to use your name in today's acrostic.😊

--------------UnReserved-------------
At last an episode, watching which I didn't end up crying again. The pain was still there but it didn't pierce my heart like it usually does.. I enjoyed the episode... Yup, I said enjoyed 😛.. It was nice and I am loving the pace. Hopefully CV's will stick to it..

Coming to the episode... We all know RR is very unique.. So unique, that while the whole Tele land is full of kitchen politics... Our creatives became really creative and gave us 'Achaar' Politics😆.. It is not that I didn't like the scene. It was funny.. But I did feel that it was a little dragged.. Not complaining but CV's turn down the length of such scenes a little please... I am anytime ok for SuSha or SuMo but not ShaMo...

One thing I love the most about RR is that the characters don't beat around the bush to say something.. When people talk, they really talk... How refreshing😎. Rudra come straight to the point and tells Maithili about Paro's lookalike without pondering about it. It was heart warming to see him express his inner most feelings to Maithili.. They both came a long way in their relationship👍🏼. He knows that Myrah is not his Paro... He knows that his Paro is no more.. That he can never see her.. But even then, even though he was sure about it.. For a second he gave into his desire.. Desire that his Paro is here... That she is before him.. He wanted and craved for her so badly that even though he knew in every way that it was not his Paro.. He still hoped and for a second even believed that Myrah is his Paro.. Now, if that was Rudra's condition.. What must be Dhruv going through??? He is just a seven year old. Who feels that his wish has been granted. It is simple to him, how can the lady be someone else when she looks just like his mom from the picture.. She must be his mother .. His dad might not be ready to see it yet. But he knows and believes that she is.. That was his little secret for now... A secret between him and his mother. His dad will come around... Really, how cruel can life be?? CV's you better not break his heart too... I am loving how they are molding the character of Dhruv.. His feelings feel so real for a kid his age.. Innocent, dreamy, naive and pure.👍🏼

The scene where Rudra readily accepts that Dhruv indeed saw a lady who looked like his mother, was beautiful. He even apologizes for not believing in him... But he also explains sweetly in his own way, that the lady is not his mother but someone else... Who has the same face but is a different person.. It was really nice of Rudra to talk about the situation openly and frankly. For trying to clear his misconception, to make it very clear that Myrah is not his mother..

Rukmini's is back and she brought lots of hope along with her. CV's are you hinting us something😉.. Even though you say you are not.. We are getting the hints loud and clear😆... Myrah jumps out of her bed and follows the 'Beautiful Blue Butterfly' just like Paro used to.. Only difference being her trying hard to capture it on her phone... Rukmani always brought Paro and Rudra together.. And today it lead Myrah to Rudra's wallet...

These two kids share such a wonderful bond❤️... Dhruv confides only in his little sister about his plan of going to his mother.. Which she tries to hide very well... But when she sees how worried everyone in the house were for her brother.. She finally spills the beans... Smart girl ..

I was happy to see Rudra on his phatpati after a long time😳... The last but not the very last scene made me unhappy.. The mud on Dhruv's face, Myrah assuming him for a beggar, A child yearning for his mother, A helpless father, A lady with no clue,.. That whole scene was touching.. My heart went out for that little boy... Rurda must have felt devastated when he saw his son... And no wonder that pissed him off.. His outburst was justified... And Myrah is not to be blamed either... The circumstances were such... 😕

About Rudra saving Myrah... The awkwardness of Rudra and Myrah was what made the scene more plausible.. The best part of the scene was Dhruv's smile as he looked at them😊... I was told, Rudra's life begins and ends with Paro... I Believe it.. CV's, your own words😈..

The precap looks interesting.. So, Mohini will see Myrah next...Wonder why Myrah is trying to find Rudra's house.. Didn't she return his wallet?? Or did he forget something else again😉??

Busy day... Typed in a rush.. Excuse my mistakes and misses.😃

Hi Shweta... I so so so agree with you!!!! The moment I saw that blue butterfly, I felt Myrah IS Paro!!! Bas... 😉
Diya, T, Hope and Shweta - I hope I did not interrupt the flow of your posts!!!!
A short update:

Well, one thing that has caught my eye is that everyone (actually a few) in RR 2.0 seems to have changed professions!!!! When we used to have Mohini as the in-house ever-plotting never-say-over villain, now she is a typical MIL to her DIL... If she was villainous earlier, now she's comical!!!! Rudra has quit the army and has become a private security firm... Sumer keeps swinging like a pendulum from Mohini to Shatabdi!!! 😆

I would just put in the highlights, like I saw them, in the episode today...

1. Dhruv goes to meet Myrah, with the hope and faith that she is his Mother, the one in the photo frame in their room!!!

2. Rukmini re-appears... Once again hope that Myrah is Paro, if not, then she'll be made into one!!! 😆 By the way, is this blue butterfly a look-alike of Rukmini or her re-incarnation???

P.S: If we go by Rudra's explanation that there are 7 people in the world who resemble each other, then are we in for a repeat telecast of a Paro look-alike every 7 months!!!! Huh, that'd be way too much to handle... 😛

Shatabdi-Sumer-Mohini: Achhari Masti...

Wow, Sumer really is sandwiched and caught between the war of the worlds between his mother and wife!!!! Wife manages to outwit MIL, husband swings to her side... Mom manages to beat DIL to her orders - achaar ke orders - he follows his mom like a puppy!!!! Gosh, when will this fellow grow his brains!!! Maybe, 8 years later... 😆

Rudra - Maithili:

Rudra has really come a long way from his days of the "Jallad"!!!!! Pensive and ponderin over his meeting with Myrah, who could very much have been Paro, even had a small teeny weeny hope that she might be so, but then it is nor possible, right???? He himself lit her pyre, so it would be impossible!!!! Cruel twist of fate and he is the one who's always been at the receining end... But, it was good to see that he told Maithili about his hit-and-run with Myrah...

Rudra - Dhruv:
It's good to see the father-son talking about who they had met and how she is not Dhruv's mother!!! And Dhruv is so convinced that Myrah is indeed his mother that he even went to his sister and planned to go, meet her!!!! And that conspiratorial smile he gave looking at Paro's picture and saying that "Papa ko nahi pata, par aapko aur mujhe to pata hai na ki wo aap hi ho"!!! I am sure he'll be the one to get Paro and Rudra together...
Dhruv - Koel:
Well, this sibling bond in the Ranawat family is quite unique...!!!!! They are attached to each other like no other... No wonder that Dhruv went to her and shared his plan to go and meet his "mom" before school starts...!!! Koel is a smart kid, knows how and when to open her mouth and when to keep it shut...😉
Rudra - Myrah - Dhruv:
Dhruv is not to be found at home and it rakes up a storm, and why not??? Rudra is jumping with worries and Koel had to tell everyone about Dhruv's plans!!!
Owww It was so good to see Rudra on his bike after so long!!!! A very different combo of the lead in a suit riding a Royal Enfield!!!! So RR...😆
So, he sees Dhruv talking to somebody and hears him being called a beggar, loses his temper and rightly so... Sees the offender and gets all the more offended, not at all good!!!! Myrah was right, she's just a tourist and he was appointed the security officer, in-charge of her... Blasts her off for thinking of his son as a beggar and not at all revealing that he is his son... Walks off, Myrah too walks off in the opposite direction, but just in time remembers why she was on that route in the first place - to return Rudra his wallet!!! Calls him back, hands over his wallet and clarifies why she had it in the first place!!! Hmm, Myrah is not someone who does not take to any form of accusations (if it can be called that!!) lying down!!! Interesting...😉
There we go again, Rudra is back to doing what he does best, saving Paro (Myrah now)... Even if there was no apparent danger to Myrah, he had to go and save her... Awkward and flustered, both of them.. The only one happy is Dhruv, he must have liked this!!! Tongue
Food for thought: Rudra had his reasons to leave his beloved BSD, and now has opened a security firm, wherein he is the owner and his own employee!!!! 😛
Precap: Highly interesting!!! Mohini will be shocked, stunned and lost at seeing Paro's return from the dead... Today's gonna be fun!!😉

res today is a happy day 😆
I will mention the highlights for me today!

Dhruv and Koyal's equation: Beautiful sibling relationship - he has to tell her everything, she is his confidante. And she wants to him happy! And the jhoota promise - mummy and dadi , sachcha promise Bholenath 😆😆. How cute were they 😉

Myrah - her monologue while recording the video message was interesting. Like her description of the land and her wanting to settle back here and her hesitancy while talking about love. There is a moment of sadness in her eyes and thats when Titli flits into her vision and brings her smile back - just like it did for Paro. BTW, this Titli must be an avatar of the GODs, remains immortal 😆

And towards the end of the episode, when Dhruv turns back and looks at her, there is a kashish in her eyes. Something tugs her. Thats what I felt!

Babhisa-Rudra: Paro has changed the dynamics between them for the better. Now, he treats her just like a mother figure not just for his son but himself too. The way he describes what he feels to her, never expected Rudra to be vocal to anyone other than Paro, really interesting change.
And yea ur matti ka putla Rudra, she has to come to breathe life into u!!

Rudra's hope - When he sees her, so aap ke mann mein bhi laddoo phoota Rudra banna 😆😆
Ashish did a good job today! His anguish, despair, angst, beautifully showcased!

Faith and hope moment - when Dhruv like us refuses to believe that she is none other than his mother!! We are with u boy

Dhruv-Myrah - The kid lit up from within seeing his mom and she was so patient with him. Very sweetly handled by Myrah. An unnamed bond between the two.

Myrah-Rudra- His anger for her coming into his son's life and her confusion for being treated this way. Myah is no pushover. She gives as good as she gets. Sanaya must be happy, many english words weaved into the hindi dialogues 😆
But the best moment was him hugging her, his hands had to be around her waist - jaane anjaane 😆😆😆. Both of them shy away from the intimacy

Even Shatabdi shows love and concern towards Dhruv, very nicely portrayed.
now I wonder why she is searching for Rudra's house tomorrow

Low Lights:

Shatabdi-KCM-Koyal-- though its cute, wish its a tad shorter or have more depth please!! Comedy with some more theeka and deeper dialogues! Not juvenile stuff only, leave that to the kids 😛

Change of Dhruv - Though this kid is cute too, liked the previous Dhruv, believe he acted better. However, I am willing to give him a chance , may be will take sometime to get into the skin of the character! Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day!

Hello baisas,

I apologize for being MIA for the past few days. My family came to surprise me for my birthday and spent the entire weekend with me! They just left about 3 hours ago. The second they left, I kid you not, I binged watched July 30 to August 2 episodes. Shweta was kind enough to keep me in the loop by PMing me the Takes that Diya and the rest, despite their agony, still took the initiative to make. I applaud them for their dedication. 👏

Rudra, The Anguished Lover - Broken, yet Strong

"You will lose someone you can't live without, and your heart will be badly broken, and the bad news is that you never completely get over the loss of your beloved. But this is also the good news. They live forever in your broken heart that doesn't seal back up. And you come through. It's like having a broken leg that never heals perfectly that still hurts when the weather gets cold, but you learn to dance with the limp."

-- Anne Lamott

I finally got around to watching the dreaded July 30th episode and it was heartbreaking. I know many people were appalled by Rudra's lack of reaction to Paro's death...but I say that his lack of feeling expressed far more than what tears can do. Shock, utter shock that his Paro was dead. It's a common reaction among people who lose a loved one. He lost half of his soul, but he chooses to continue life...to continue to live for his wife, his son. Because life goes on for the living. And just how cute is this father-son duo? The first scene after 7 years is them sleeping side by side in the same pose! *squeal*

Now, the August 1 episode - first of all, fantastic direction! Whoever was directing, kudos! Finally, we see Rudra break down. Many were disappointed by Rudra's lack of ...emotion at Paro's funeral. I honestly think it was because of Rudra innate sense of control...he was staying strong for his son, for Paro because of the promise he made to her. But, his breakdown after seeing his beloved's wife look-a-like finally showed us that the loss of his Paro still affects him 7 years later. He's still grieving. That definitely smoothed down any ruffled feathers. My favourite part of the episode was where he was questioning Bholenath for hurting his son, telling him not to give him this hope. I honestly cried there. I felt Rudra's desperation and helplessness to protect his son for all harm - be it physical or emotional. I also understand his reasoning for leaving the BSD. He's punishing himself. Because he couldn't save Paro in time, he decides to lose the one other thing that is most important in his life - his job.

The Ranawats - Cherishing Memories

"We fell in love, despite our differences, and once we did, something rare and beautiful was created. For me, love like that has only happened once, and that's why every minute we spent together has been seared in my memory. I'll never forget a single moment of it."

-- Nicholas Sparks, The Notebook

I'm so incredibly glad the CVs are continuing to bring Paro in the RR 2.0. She is not forgotten, not our hearts nor in theirs. JJ, Hope, Diya, Shutter, Shweta, Tennessean and others explained that exceptionally well in their previous Takes so I'm not going to be redundant and talk about that. But, I have to say that the little nuances the CVs bring in these episodes remembering Paro melts my heart! For instance, (1) Maithili remembering Paro's love for imli and Dhruv sharing that same passion and (2) when Dhruv asks about his mother, his Maasi tells him exactly how loving and wonderful she was and how she sees Paro in him every day (his laugh, his nose, etc.). Not only are we cherishing these memories of Paro, so is her beloved family. I love the fact that we started RR 2.0 with Paro's picture watching over her King and Prince in bed. It brought a smile to my face despite the morbid first half of that episode.

Dhruv - The Saving Grace

"A new father quickly learns that his child invariably comes to the bathroom at precisely the times when he's in there, as if he needed company. The only way for this father to be certain of bathroom privacy is to shave at the gas station."

-- Bill Cosby

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Ashish is a fantastic, natural actor. In the new RR, you can see the grief and sadness expressed in his eyes. Dhruv is truly Rudra's saving grace. Without Dhruv, Rudra would have died the same day Paro did. Rudra is only living for the happiness and well-being of his son, the son he made with his Paro.

Dhruv has a lot of Paro's mannerisms - her love of imli and most importantly love for Rudra, his Papa, her Major-saab. How cute is Dhruv calling him "Papa"...I always imagined Rudra being called Bapusa, all formal and all. This shows just how well father and son have bonded with each other. They truly have this "you and me against the world" mentality going on. I like how they talk to each other about stuff no matter how painful it might be. Dhruv telling his father about seeing his "mother" clearly showed that. As well as Rudra apologizing to Dhruv that he didn't believe him before but also affirming that the woman was not his Mumma.

The scenes where Dhruv is following Rudra around into the BATHROOM of all places was just too cute! And him looking into the mirror to see if he's got a mooch like his Pappa was absolutely darling! The new Dhruv is just as adorable as the old one. I know we've all bonded with the first one, and so it's hard to see someone else play Dhruv, but let's give this new kid a chance, eh? 😉

Ranawat Juniors

Koel is a beautiful name (isn't that the name of the sister in Parineeta?) for a girl and she is so cute in her role! I love how closely knit the brother-sister duo are. This is exactly what Paro wanted for her son, a little chotti behen to masti with! They most definitely bring the sweetness in the new RR and I always have a smile on my face when they interact!

Paro or Myrah?

"This is not a goodbye, my darling, this is a thank you. Thank you for coming into my life and giving me joy, thank you for loving me and receiving my love in return. Thank you for the memories I will cherish forever. But most of all, thank you for showing me that there will come a time when I can eventually let you go. I love you. "

-- Nicholas Sparks, Message in the Bottle

Hats off to Sanaya for getting into character so quickly! As we have seen in the past couple of episodes, Myrah is COMPLETELY different from Paro in mannerisms and in the way she speaks. But today, we saw some similarities. Myrah is definitely as direct as Paro but of course a lot more verbal! She does have a soft heart and ready to defend those in need.

A couple of days away from the forum has given me a clear head. Life does go on, no matter how much we throw tantrums to the unfairness of it all. All are speculating as to what Paro could not say before she died: I'm pretty sure it was for Rudra to find happiness in his life, with someone new. Paro's main purpose of existence was for Rudra (and now Dhruv) to be happy and healthy. And with Paro's selfless heart, I wouldn't have expected anything less.

Now, do I see Rudra falling in love with Myrah? Absolutely not. Despite being identical to Paro in looks, Rudra fell in love with Paro because of her personality and moral character. He's not shallow. The looks of a khusboorat aurat will never make him fall (he has had 15 years of training). Paro was the ONLY exception - they had a soul bond and childhood connection to consider. They were destined to be together no matter how much they fought it. The key here for any type of relationship between Rudra and Myrah would be Dhruv. I'm hesitant to say love story because unless Rudra starts seeing Myrah as Paro, he will not think of her romantically.

Now, the million dollar question: Is Myrah...Paro? Rukmani thinks so! Who else started jumping up and down when our titli-dose appeared? ME! I'm on the FAITH bandwagon and I say HELL YES, IT'S PARO! Rudra nahi toh Paro nahi. I'm starting to trust the CVs once more. They haven't left Paro in the dust...she is still very much part of RR.

I'm looking forward to seeing how RR 2.0 shapes up to be. Although it is a completely different feel from our previous RR, it is no less interesting. The mystery surrounding Myrah (is she Paro or isn't she?) and will Rudra and Dhruv ever get their happily ever after is more than enough to keep me hooked!

A piece of advice for everyone: I think that the way we should go about watching RR 2.0 is to have NO expectations. Let's just go with the flow and enjoy the ride for as long as it lasts.

Wow Diya you gave a apt title Belief and Disbelief. For me its more Belief Vs Disbelief.
I felt sad for Rudra when he shares his pain with Bhabisa...Truly their equation has grown more now. He shares his feelings with her in a way she is a mother figure with whom he can say what he feel. His helplessness, his pain all are so true that he himself dont know. He was shattered by the fact even for a sec even he thought that his Paro is back and hoping for life which he left all those years back in Paro's Pyre.

Dhruv believes that its his mom and goes in search of her. He is so simple and thinks that its his mom and she there to become his mother and complete his fathers life. Oh no!!! things are getting complicated here.

Myrah sees the butterfly and runs behind it. Paro connection is made by the writers but i still cant get what makers trying to tell here.

Through Dhruv we see the Rudra - Myrah meeting and their arguments. Here too Rudra is the same , he jumps to conclusion that she is rich and spoiled and Myrah is trying to make her point which she thought. She is feisty an makes sure that she makes the point come across. Returns his wallet and leaves to her Way. When she is about to go away Rudra saves her from a speeding motorcycle.
How much pain for him to save the girl just looking like his paro ans see her so close and on the other hand its akwad for myrah to be in mans arm with whom she fought a few mins back.

Once the Ranawats see Myrah i want her to know about Paro. Dont know what to expect from here.

A special mention to Ashish for showing Rudra's state so aptly. All is emotions were bang on, Geetanjali for getting the role aptly by playing a god mother to kids and a elderly/motherly/sisterly bond to Rudra.
