Hello everyone, I have been a silent reader of this forum since day one. I looove Beintehaa and zaya. I always wait and see whether anyone puts forward any questions that I have, but this time sin e no one brought it up, I will start a topic on it myself.
I have seem the promos where Zain says 'talaq' two times but not a third time as per promo. But what if he says 'Talaq' a third time. According to Islam if a husband divorces his wife (irrevocably), he cannot after that, re-marry her until after she has married another husband and he has divorced her." (al-Baqara, 230).
Notice that Aliya in that case cannot just marry any random man for a while in order to marry Zain again, rather her second nikaah with other than Zain shall be made in all sincerity as Islam condemns temporary husband or nikaah only for the sake of returning to first husband. This process of marrying someone else is called halala and is this where we are heading? Since there was news doing rounds that Aliya will marry Rehaan Khan.
Now, I do not mean to dishearten anyone but if this happens I really hope that Aliya does not marry Rehaan as that would just ruin the show, they do not look good together first of all and secondly Rehaan should be as a guide for Zain and that is it.. No more!
If Cvs are planning something like this, please do introduce a new character, someone that have a good chemistry with Aliya.
Now I hope that Zain does not repeat that dreadful word thrice and instead we can get a separation track and Zaya's paths meeting perhaps at Work or elsewhere but keep the purity of their relation. A new Guy for Aliya would spice things up but please as long as it does not bring any engagement or Nikaah for her but on the contrary make Zain jealous and understan Aliyas importance as of now he is in no position of looking at her with love and admiration.
But please no Rehaan in this as that will complicate things unnecessary.
