i was a typical indian before and couldn't wen my cousin used to praise pakistani serials but then she made me watch first few epi's of ZGH and i was stunned i dun knw why i could relate to it zaroon is just like us a true picture-ization of urban youth and kashaf was also so relate able then i had curiosity and finished the entire show then i googled and found some amazing works and saw them and i fell in love with sher e zaat and meri zaat zarra benishaan

actually in pakistan we have more variety when it come to dramas
comedy,tragic,dark,romantic u can see all shades in Pak dramas
and they shoot them mostly on real locations and dress according to their character so thats why it gives a real feel


and Pyarey Afzal haye kya kahoon uss k baray mein
it is my favorite plays these days i like almost all the characters in that play especially Afzal , Farah, Yasmeen and Lubna
ijust few episodes r left it is still airing

On someone recommendation watching Dastaan . After decades Watched ZGH which just felt was from real world and actors were totally brilliant . But Dastaan is wonderful show only if we forget that its from Pakistan,s perspective as both sides suffered the same way. Women folks were the worst hit . So beautifully directed show with brilliant actors. We also have our own take on Partition where Hindu families suffered during partition. . This show just pierce your heart thinking about what both sides suffered . While watching this show Pinjar movie came to mind , based on Amrita pritam , book . So many movies were made on Partition,s pain agony . I am from India and Hindu , but not watching Bano as Muslim girl but women as a whole went through hell . Hats off to all the team of this show . While watching , be sensitive and with open mind . Only we common people from both sides can bring the change with love for each other . Next in my line is Talkhiyan with Sanam Saeed , may be spellings are not correct . But i just love t watch strong story line with substance .

I am in love with Pak shows too now thanks to Zee Zindagi for getting us these shows from across the border.
We in India have been living in a bubble and had no idea about the actors and shows across the border and now we are discovering all the talent.
Like u mentioned in the post I have just now discovered the actors and shows in Pakistan and getting to know few of them by names.
Mostly we get to know them only when they come to Bollywood.
Am glad we have the good luck to watch these shows and actors from across the border 😊

another thing i would like to mention the stories are so close to life and their entire setup like if we have not so rich family in our show they'll still wear makeup jewllery and tam jham walay suits and their wardrobe is so simple but elegant it looks like they are not actors but really they have just filmed a real life situation

they don't have standard clothes like our herions have i.e same design in diff colors our drama industry really needs to look at paki serials they are just amazing

perfect emotions and acting a round of applause to everyone out there in pak👏

you guys are going gaga over sanam saeed see this paki lady Ayeza Khan she is such a cutie pie a total natural beauty and a wonderfull actress iam fida over her looks if i would a man i would have proposed her seriouslyyy iam currently watching her two serials aks and pyaare afzal i think its still on air in pak

i even love their OST its just like how we make vm's and not like title song of our serials

reallyyy pakistan have really great work and i really wanna go to pak

saddd someone asked fawad that why did he delayed khoobsurat shooting he said that coz he was doing a project in pak and his first priority is pak i thought after working in India he'll love India more but he still loves pak moree whyyy i wish he was born here is so damn loyal to his country whyyy i was dreaming he would now live in india but still he loves pak more :(

Finished watching Dastaan , its serious one and how dreams are broken . Its not one Bano but hundreds of nameless women went through hell at partition time from both sides . There are always good and bad people in every community . So should not judge one community because of few bad elements . Can not shake this drama from my mind .
