Am a south indian and speak like 3 south languages, telugu, malayalam and tamil and muthu jod kavadi hada is in neither of these languages. Its Muthu Kodi kavaadi hada, its like kannada but again its some dialect. I dont know whether its goan and kannada and tulu mixed, or something since mehood is dressed like a fisherman or some person on goan coast. Its got to do with somehting about a kiss i think not sure,

what am sure of is that this song is not tamil

well I dont know which language is the workding muthukudi but I do know that the song was in Tamil picturised on Manorama ( tamil comedian actress). The song was a big hit in tamil and I know it came in hindi later.

For padosan, the movie was also a remake. The original was in telugu followed by tamil " adutha veetu penn".

See, now this makes more sense than that other "pearl" explanation. I thought it was muttukudi and not whatever that other person was saying.
