why raman goes back to funny mode after romantic mode

after I love u when ishita was looking into his eyes raman spoiled it by saying pagal kutte ne mujhe kata h kya k mein tumse I love u kahu. why our raman babu is not stoping these jokes. I love u was so sweet. ishita is too duffer to do romantic things like this. so our only hope is raman and when he says totally different thing in the end it spoils the mood

It is his funny side and he does this to control himself.
But, honestly it is going overboard. It doesn't look funny all time now.

this is his second marriage
still he is embarrassed. is ishitas embarrassment getting transfered to him.
ramans pj's and his embarrassment are out of place

there should be a thin line between being insensitive and cute nok jhoks. they have retained that till now hope they continue to do so.. its just that asking her to sleep on couch is way rude and insensitive

if ishita was like toshiji then raman wouldn't say to sleep on couch
ishita is very calm and quiet so raman is parading her
ishita should say I will sleep on bed with u
