it is his defence mechanism,he is scared of his feelings for her so he covers it up with taunts and arguing about the bed and wardrobe nd the nok jhok. i don't mind it at all as this is how he is and as things progress it will change .

Well that is how he covers up for the growing feelings for her. so many times it becomes very obvious and that he does not want. Raman and Ishita are that way, if they talk normally to the other they both find it weird, so its not an issue only with him. He obviously cares for her.

you know that saying "once bitten twice shy", that's what is going on here.

Humor and abrasiveness are Raman's defense mechanisms. Love (true love) is a scary emotion for any normal person but for Raman who has been hurt in every way possible by his first love, its going to take some time to accept and show that love. Until then, lets enjoy Raman falling in love and trying his best to hide it. :)
