Ok, I have never watched this show until recently. So Samrat and a wife beater and abuser and all of a sudden he is showing all this love and affection for his wife and everyone is all happy about it but did anyone ever notice that this an abuser trend. He will love his wife and then beat or abuse her. It's a vicious cycle.
I don't blame Urmi for her behaviour. An abused women always believes that her husband has hit her for the last time...It's easy for people to say she should know better. Think about it...majority of the women in this world face all this abuse but can't turn to anyone for help. Even her own family will refuse to help. To get out of such situations a women needs help...
I just can't believe how dadi was saying to Urmi's sister that Urmi is so happy in her married life and she should also look forsomeone like Urmi...
Excuse me...your granddaughter is being abused and beaten by her husband and now he is just palying mind games with her and you think that is normal????
She should know better and should be questionning why the sudden change? Even Urmi's mom should be questioning the change. I think that deep down Urim is questionning it but doesn't want to accept that her husband has not changed. She still dreamt that her partner would love and respect her. I think it is sad that people like Samrat exist. She is your wife. Treat her with respect. If you are going to do this, then don't get married.
I was quite disappointed on how Dadi trivialized the hole abuse thing and acted as if Urmi's sisters objections to marriage were childish...
