ArShi FF || Fog In My Memory ||

She held her breath at the time he opened his eyes. Its been 72 hours he had slipped into coma. His condition was undiagnosed. Doctors explained to her all the complications. She received warnings and comforts. Nothing soothed her nor gave her hope. She held her breath for damn 72 hours. Now, he opened his eyes, she couldn't help but smile through her tears. She didn't care anything or anyone around the room. No one matters except the fact that he opened his eyes from deep slumber. She ran to his side and hugged him crying kissing all over his face. But Alas, she was pushed away, from the love of her life. Her fingers curled to the bed sheet beneath her in fear as he frowned looking at her. There was chaos on his face. His eyes wandered all over the room and settled on her. The next words which came out from his mouth shook her

"Im sorry, Do I know you?" Her heart froze but didn't accept the reality. She smiled and cupped his face

"Arnav ji, please don't joke..please don't.." She couldn't complete her words because sobs filled her mouth but she was pushed again but this time harshly

" Who the hell are you? Do I even know you?" She felt her doctor patting her to console but she didn't react. She felt suffocated, so she ran off from the room. She shut the washroom door behind her. "What is this? What is he talking about? Why cant he remember me? WHY???! she punched the slab but she couldn't relax. She pulled her hair and crashed on the mirror. Why is this happening to her? Why is fate playing hide and seek again and again? No! She cannot accept this...she is not weak...arnav ji do remember her. She smiled at the mirror comforting herself. She entered the waiting room to find Dr.Helen waiting for her pacing in the ward. As soon as she saw her, she ran to her. Her words broke kushi completely

"Kushi, He doesn't remember anything! He is suffering from Amnesia, When the accident occurred, his brain did not receive enough oxygen, he also had severe injuries..he"

Kushi did not hear anything..she didn't even knew how to react, but one thing she understood, it is that One of the worst things in life isn't being unloved, its being FORGOTTEN
