😭The Episode that was:
After a fortnight of RR, I loved today's episode, maybe because I was watching it with so much detachment...
Scene 1: The Goodbyes...
A panicked Rudra rushes through the streets on his "Phatphatiya" to reach his Paro, worried about what the crazed and maniacal Shantanu would be up to at his home!!!! Soon enough he is face to face with this arch-enemy - the one stands to ruin all of Rudra's happiness in every possible way!!!! A fight ensues between the two and Rudra could have had his fill of turning Shantanu into pulp, had he not put up his bloodied hands - hands which stunned the Major, making him lose precious moments, moments when he could/ might have been able to save his Paro!!!!! This dimpled villain with his laughter tries some goofy tricks and the Major, pulls the trigger having finally lost it!!!!
Cut to a Rudra rushing to see his Paro and he just enters the room when his son's cries hold his attention!!!!!
Such a poignant scene and quite well shot!!!!! The creatives were pretty considerate for this last scene of Rudra with his Paro... What do I say??? The simple girl who found happiness in the simple joys of life, now lying in a pool of blood - waiting for her Major Saab to come and save her, one last time!!!! Such a good soul, even when death comes knocking at her door, she tries to smile for her Major saab and her son, asking him to be happy and take care of her son... Ignoring his pleas for her to be taken to a hospital... And she wanted to say something else too... But couldn't, which is what made her going away even more sad...😔
The dialogues, the expressions, the actions - Ashish was good, with the tight script he must have been given!!! And Paro... 😭
Sanaya - I was a fan, am a fan and will always be a fan of you!!! Both were fabulous...👏
And again, everything is fast forwarded to Paro's cremation - whatever little hopes I had of this look alike being Paro (by some Houdini magic), were shattered and splintered all over... 😕
Rudra gets to shed some more tears, this time on his mother's lap and what do we see???? He feels guilty for being late and not able to save Paro... He would have most probably drowned himself in alcohol had it not been for his month-old son... And he even sings Heli mhaari in order to put his son to sleep!!! All those flashbacks, all those times Paro spoke of him, to him...
I too got lost in them...!!!!!🥺
Wish it was a bit longer...
Scene 2:
Fast forward again, but this time the clocks are forwarded 7 years...
This was a cute scene... Father and son both sleeping the same way...
Aww, it's Dhruv' birthday and he makes breakfast for his father... I was left aww-ing at the beauty of this scene... Mamma's boy, truly... Just wants a simple wish for his birthday..
Now I miss Paro even more...
Have to update the rest in the morning...
