i don't think it will be because of the intrusion of unani medicine or more precisely i don't want aaliya to be da cause of his death!! it will ruin zaya forever!! guess da real truth will come out after a while!!!! c'mon they dint bring rehaan and his daddy just for the heck of it!!!

I think its cuz of tat german doc.treatment...may be he comes out to be a fraud later on n ths proves aliya innocent in tat unani medicine case...

n it reveal tat with unani medicines usman's condition is improving as we r seeing bt later on with german Dr medicines it get worsen n mamu dies n as obviously german Dr.put the entire blame on aliya for giving those unani medicines to mamu to save himself motu kahi ka😡..

bt later on zain gets to knw the truth n apologize to aliya...as ths is how our daily soaps do...bt u never knw with BI its zara hatke.
