I think its cuz of tat german doc.treatment...may be he comes out to be a fraud later on n ths proves aliya innocent in tat unani medicine case...
n it reveal tat with unani medicines usman's condition is improving as we r seeing bt later on with german Dr medicines itget worsen n mamu dies n as obviously german Dr.put the entire blame on aliya for giving those unani medicines to mamu to save himself motu kahi ka😡..bt later on zain gets to knw the truth n apologize to aliya...as ths is how our daily soaps do...bt u never knw with BI its zara hatke.
