They showed in the precap that Nair was attending a call....don't remember what all was said, ho saka to 12 tak update kar doongi...anyway, the guy on the other end was saying something about the red box(maybe it's a fake or something), and then he said ki Raj par nazar rakho, and usko bachaane waale chaar chuson ko sambhalo...

so it's muchad (one of my two guesses) AND someone else, the one calling and controlling muchad/nair (maybe the intelligence boss of Rajveer i think Shakti his name is)
