Right to Bathroom Singing!!!

lol Im sorry, I know its silly ☺️ but I just had this weird debate with my friends out here yest nite. We laughed crazy over it.

Hua yeh ki one of them complained that her neighbours bathroom sing to glory for almost half hour each everyday n it irritates the life out of her(this itself set us crackin in laughter erm). So she said, it should be legally banned cus it disturbs people around..sometimes am sure it does lol [Her boyfriend snores all night n neighbours(two brothers!!) bathroom sing everyday, cant blame her, its a sad life atm lol]

But thts not the point...ahem, few of us disagreed, saying that its a complete relaxation thing!! Basic Human Right! That everyone is allowed to come home, run into a hot shower, sing and relax, destress! Then we dragged the fight to Mr Wikipedia! He solves all issues in our lives ☺️. He says...

This habit was reported (with an attempt of explanations) centuries ago. For example, Ibn Khaldun in Chapter 1 of his Muqaddimah writes:[2]
"Likewise, when those who enjoy a hot bath inhale the air of the bath, so that the heat of the air enters their spirits and makes them hot, they are found to experience joy. It often happens that they start singing, as singing has its origin in gladness."

See? I think everyone has a right to relax..erm 😛 Im sure there are rulesz..but its everyones birthright! Sometimes a few sing so 'dramatic'..that they set you laughing for agesz! See? They relax us too!!! 😆 We had a neighbour in Pune, who would sing 'zaaadoooooooooooo teri nazar' instead of 'jaadooo teri nazar'....n me n all my family would wait for him to come over for a shower, pin drop silence in our house just to listen to him n then crack up! 😆

Bathroom singing is the origin of all Indian Music reality shows...
the ones whose neighbours never complained considered themselves worthy of competing in such shows...however some forgot to discount the hard of hearing neighbours and the sound proof walls! 😛

Am a profnl Bathroom singer.......so i look perfection....Under the shower is good..High pich song always good under the shower....lot of time i surprised myself cos of my siging...

🤣 I've actually heard different tunes comin out for the same song as well! Its amazing..with 'hall' effects at times! Im an ardent listener, love it😛

I believe showersz are perfect for polishin your singing-screaming skills and ofcourse comin up with new ideas to change the world erm(I believe best ideas strike you in shower n erm on the 'throne'..if you know what I mean..)....ahem at the expense of neighbours's peace at times. I think as long as someone doesn't fire the life out of you for singing in the bathroom...one should take it as encouragement and carry on 😛

I dont sing in the shower, but have a bad habit of reading in the washroom, so a line-up starts building up at the door 😆 😆 😆
