Aman had entered the show some weeks after Mandira launched the interactive game show on the channel earlier this year, as he was busy till then with the finals of Indian Idol on Sony. He brought in a distinctive style of hosting, going 'Balle Balle' whenever a viewer got the right answer.
Now, with the Indian Idol 2 road show and auditions set to hit Mumbai, Delhi, Lucknow and Kolkata in October; Aman will be busy shooting for the same. Is that the reason why Aman has opted out? The channel and the producers are unwilling to comment at this stage. Aman's performance has obviously struck a chord, for he was continued on the Percept Television produced show even after his image suffered a setback following the 'sting operation' on him conducted by India TV's Most Wanted team.
Shekhar Suman's stock too seems to be soaring again. After Poll Khol on Star News, he is well entrenched in The Great Indian Comedy Show as its chief anchor.

After having worked with Star (Comedy Show), Sony (Movers and Shakers) and Zee (Simply Shekhar, Nilaam Ghar), Sahara was probably the only channel Shekhar has not worked with yet.
Both Shekhar and Aman (who is in the US currently), were could not be contacted for comment. Percept Television's business head Akhauri Sinha too was unavailable for comment.
Co-host Mandira Bedi, who has worked with Shekhar on shows like Star Plus' Main and Aakhir Kyun on DD, says while she won't be working with Shekhar as the two hosts work on different days, she will definitely be 'watching out for his episodes', as Shekhar has his own 'inimitable style'.
