I think that he is being that way with bebe to keep her safe from malik. But his evil smirks are confusing.

Iqbal does love meher but he has the stumbling block in his love life that is Mr malik. But i dont that much hate to Mr malik... Becoz just becoz of malik iqbal got forced to love meher eventually he truly falled her ...😆
