Actually I think it's the recent actions which force her to focus on his past actions.

She was the one we saw willing to let go of her animosity with Aahil when she heard him talk to Nida on the phone. Most likely, because time had passed since they were at each other with challenges, and also she has been seeing him interact with his mother and the rest of the family. Also her thoughts on him had changed somewhat, since when he almost praised her, she was pleasantly surprised and her reaction to his changing course was not one of outright dislike per se.

It was that night before Nikkah in Nida's room, which made her believe what she thought to be the case with him (a softer side, better human, etc) wasn't so.

sometimes i think...thank god asad was not present noe...if not he wld have never allowed sanam to go near to him nor we wld have got sahil

When she saw Khala-Khalu tamasha, as I've mentioned before, she said one of the smartest thing I've seen a serial heroine say. She said if anything happens the blame will fall on her, and she should get out of the house ASAP.

As Gita said in the above post (to which I have nothing to add) she is smart enough to recognize the bad in a person. Being smart to recognize a bad situation and waning nothing to do what them or that situation is not being judgmental. That's being smart.

Sanam when she questioned Aahil that night about his heavy drinking didn't do in a harsh admonishing manner, but rather just asked him why he drinks so much that he can't remember. As I said back then, it stood out because it sounded like it came from a place of familiarity and concern.

@ 2nd bold.. Oh, please no...I hope not.😆 I like how it's going now. Lack of preaching and judging is one of the positives about QH2. So far they've handled it well and done it a nuanced way.

KK- I meant the same, that she was being non-judgmental. In fact, I find her more discerning and accepting like her gracious Gran Dilshad.
I too hope the CVs keep the positives you mentioned, otherwise it becomes another OTT Ekta show/80s Bolloywood. But they do play to the gallery for TRPs & a righteous strong Bahu righting every wrong is too good a track to miss.
QH2 has been a pleasant surprise so far, let's hope they carry it forward in the same way.
