Episode begins with Drona's cremation with both Kaurvas and Pandavas paying their last respects. Duryodhan taunts the Pandavas for cheating Drona and insulting the knowledge he gave them.
Ashwathama says they have killed the faith between teacher and student. Dushasan gets a few taunts in as well 🥱 Ashwathama says he won't die until he sees their deaths. Ashwathama says Drona taught him the Brahmaastra, and using that he will destroy the Pandava lineage.
Arjun comes forward and says they will definitely atone for killing their teacher, but their one adharmic act doesn't mean that the Kaurvas are followers of dharma now. 👏 Arjun tells Ashwathama that he cannot destroy his family as they will finish his army.
In the Kaurava camp, Duryodhan makes Karna the new Senapati. Duryodhan says the Pandavas army will be frightened hearing that Karna is the new Senapati. Duryodhan says the Pandavas have only been winning by cheating, and that Karna will be his armour in the war. Karna promises to not let anything happen to Duryodhan or his remaining brothers.
Shalya calls them both fools! 😆 Shalya says nobody can assure you of victory from the Pandavas. Duryodhan threatens to kill Shalya but Shalya isn't bothered.
Karna orders Shalya to remain quiet, but Shalya says he won't accept a Suta as a Senapati nor will he follow his orders. Shalya tries to walk out but Duryodhan stops him.
Shalya must follow Duryodhan's orders due to his earlier promise, so as punishment he makes Shalya become Karna's charioteer.
At the Pandava camp Draupadi is watching the funeral pyres. Arjun comes to stand beside her and tells her not to look at the pyres as they will hurt her heart even more. Draupadi asks Arjun why there is so much death and destruction in life.
Arjun tells her that this is the rule of nature. Diseases cause destruction, either the disease is destroyed or the sufferer is destroyed.
Arjun says that those who leave the path of dharma and receive happiness in other's pain are destined to be destroyed.
Draupadi says they have sacrificed their son, father, friends and teachers, what use is there for such a victory? Arjun is sad and asks her the reason for these thoughts.
Draupadi says tomorrow Bhima will kill Dushasan and bring his blood for me and drink it like an asura. Is that what our enemies have reduced us to?
Arjun notices Uttara and points her out to Draupadi. He asks her to imagine if her daughter-in-law's disrobing were to take place, would she feel the same then?
Arjun says the punishment for abusing a women is never enough. Arjun says that Kalyug is close by, as more and more women are being abused.
Arjun tells Draupadi that they must give out a message to future generations that those who abuse women will be given a inhumane death.
Bhima comes there and agrees with Arjun. He says tells them he will have to drink Dushasan's blood and Draupadi will have to wash her hair with it.
He says that the Upapandavas will come to take her to the battlefield tomorrow.
The 16th day of the war has begun. Bhima challenges Dushasan to fight and he accepts after throwing a few taunts his way. Bhima throws his mace at Dushasan, who falls out of his chariot.
As they fight, Bhima remembers the VH scenes. Bhima places his foot on Dushasan's chest and tells him he won't die until after sunset when Draupadi comes to wash her hair with his blood.
Precap: Bhima tears at Dushasan and says he will beg for death soon.
