I wonder how Raman might have asked her about the picnic... what sentence he said that she misunderstood it as the picnic for whole family...Lets imagine...I think it will be,

"Ishita, Main sochh raha tha ki hum log kahi bahar ghumne jaye kal"...😉

"Ishita, main soch raha tha ki hum picnic chale kal??😉

This can be the dialogue na...y she misunderstood him...isme to sirf hum bola hai..to matlab Ishu aur raman...😆
