alia has a deviated septum- its so obvious in close shots. Her nose is widely deviated and she clearly has breathing issues while speaking hence the flaring. I have it too- its annoying- you sort of lose your breath while speaking which is why she speaks so fast and it causes snoring as well. Her dialogue delivery will improve if she gets her nose fixed, septoplasty doesn't cause change in the shape of the nose- Jennifer Aniston got it done twice as well and her nose looks the same but please no rhinoplasty
