Well, Raman saw that he needs IShu now badly to reform his shaitan baccha. That's why he apologized to him to get her on his side.

Ishita knew his importance for quite a long time after Param incident.
But, Raman...I doubt actually. He is still chanting Adi's name while seeking apology.
Donno...but it's good if he really knows Ishita's importance, good for their relation, good for us fans.
