If ugly-licious Shahrukh, Ranveer & no where near Bollywood heroines like Anushka & Rani can get auditions then so can Arjun, Varun & Sonam.

Sonam as an actress in under-rated on one hand because she has been great (Saawariya, Aisha, Delhi-6) - but she's also been god-awful (Players, Thank You)

But at her best, she's good. And deserves credit for that.

You know all these starkids suck topics got me thinking like If there was no nepotism in Bollywood , B.R. Chopra wouldnt have produced Yash Chopra's films. In turn him or Aditya wouldnt have become directors nor would have Karan Johar. Neither would have Kajol been an actress . So There would be No SRK.

Now that there is no SRK and no Salman [becuase of no Nepostism] in Bollywood, Deepika, Anushka and the likes would never have debuted.

Also because Yash Chopra and Karan Johar never became directors so there would be no YRF or Dharma. In turn Ranveer , Sushant and Sidharth would have no careers.

Just Imagine 😳

Remember, I am not saying those in the list above are not good actors. I just don't think they would have been given their first big break or breaks if they were not connected by blood to this nepotistic industry.

On the other hand I think a select few showed a lot of promise/charisma/flair that would have got them film offers despite the hypothetical no family connection. Those are the likes of Hrithik Roshan, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Twinkle Khanna.

Bold part- Kajol might not be conventionally good looking but she has a tremendous screen presence and is magical.

How could you include Ranbir in that list? He can emote, act, dance and looks charming too.

Varun is too young to say anything now. He might prove himself, who knows?

Underlined part- You really think Sonam and Twinkle would have made it? Despite the huge family names, they sucked. Nobody would have given a damn if they didn't have a family name.
