I think ishita is the one who changed the photos. She might came to know that adi did the accident, but as everyone will think if not shagun (as photos will prove it) then who did the accident??

She want everyone to think its still shagun and she will take the case back

i think somebody wants to purposefully prove shagun as the culprit and that is why the pics have been changed!!

He very well know that Adi had told him once , if shagun proved to be guilty for doing the accident , the he himself will confess crime in front of the court
