Do Rehan know that Aahil is in love with sanam??or have any doubt about this???

I mean in previous episodes it was shown that Rehan has some doubt on Aahil about sanam...

pls clarify me

their i guess , rehaan felt that Ahil doesn't really want to get married to nida, but he is doing just to fulfil Tanveer's wish but he doesn't know anythng about ahil's feeling for Sanam
