I thought he was suspended? Confused viewer here- how is he sent to the border if he's suspended?

Or should I not ask these logical questions?

Vishal says in his new interview with Sanaya, that Rudra is at the border and Shantanu will help look

for Samrat?? So Rudra is not around to help his Bhabisa?😭

I do hope they made it up as I would love to see Rudra and Paro help Maithili. Love both of their relationships with her.
