Rehaan - yesterday I felt he cannot be Tanveer's son. HE was reluctant to even touch Sanam's hand which had AHil's mehendi on it.

Remember the scene where he meets Tanveer as his ammi for the first time. When he hugs her, he was shown with an evil smile. I can;t get that evil smile out of my mind. There could be 2 reasons:

1. He is double crossing Tanveer.

2. He is in hoots with Tanveer and double crossing Ahil.

His reluctance to even touch Sanam's hand having Ahil's mehendi conflicts with pt2, making it false.

So, I would go with pt. 1.😉

I agree there has to be some reasom behind his smirk.. I think he is playing Tanveer.. Would love to see how it plays out
