Back when he was in a duo 'Jeet-Pritam' - I think their work on Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai was really amazing. Every song was great, and the dance club track Hum Dono Jaisa even sounds fresh today.

Exactly this entire album was great i consider his best work till date every song was Melodious be it item number like Sharara Sharara or club song like Hum dono jasa or soft romantic like Resham se hain yeh haiwen sanam or ek larki ki tumhe kya sunown dastaan or funky type song like humne suna hai tumne jevan saathi chuna hai

Yes the Humne Suna Hai track was traditional yet new age and fun. A great composition.

Hindi movie songs were better in general. Even flop films had amazing songs.
