episode started with ward boy calling the dr and tells him that poornima has escaped to which dr says that send all the wardboys and nurses for her search...poornima was shown catching a cab and she asks the driver to move fast...hopsital staff is behind her by the time they reach near her she runs out from there as the taxi was not getting started..she hides herself in sme store room but staff sees her so dey all follow her there but they didnt find her there so they all come out of that place....when they all leave poornima also gets up but someone puts the shutter down so she stays whole night in the store room....ward boy comes to dr and tells him dat we r not able to find her and dr says just search for her...next day they show dadi calling pooja and pooja says sorry to dadi as she was not able to hear dadi's voice as she was busy doing the work and then she tells dadi about the surprise party and all the prepration and all the time she and poornima spent together...and poooja says that today's day will b d memorable day of di's life...next they show poornima saying at any cost i have to reach to pooja to save her life...next we see ashmit attending a call and its none another than dr...dr tells ashmit that poornima has escaped from the clinic.
next they show ronit playing with the baby and he says that hmm you know that your mumma is going to be back today hmm cool and pooja comes there and says that ronit pandit ji is having some prob he will come late for the aarti to which ronit says that u hold shubham i will see to that prob....next we see ashmit driving d car and is thinking about what dr said and then he gets a call on his phone and leave for somewhere....then koyna is shown doing some work and pooja asks her to do some work and she was going in the kitchen when kunal calls her by saying hi! glamorous and she turns around and kunal says that he knows all the truth and he asks koyna will she come with him for the ganpati utsav shooting and koyna agrees..next we see poornima crying still in the store room then she hears a car voice and she gets up ashmit comes out of the car and says that today i will finish you...poornima was shown coming out and taking a auto rickshaw ashmit sees her and follows her.
next they show all are at home and praying at the temple......poornima is shown in the auto rickshaw due to traffic jam she comes out of the auto and ashmit is also following her...she is moving in the crowd and ashmit is still following her..at home we see pooja doing the aarti and then one by one all the family members does it...kunal is shown shooting the ganesh utsav somewhere out while shooting he sees ashmit over dere and he looks around and smiles thinking that it was his illusion and starts shooting again..dr kia calls pooja and tells her everything about poornima...pooja is shocked hearing this...then we see pooja still walking and ashmit following her and she goes to some building which is under construction ashmit also follows her she runs and at last she reaches the end of the terrace she turns around and sees ashmit over dere...ashmit comes near her and she is all scared and ashmit says that from whom are you running...you are running from me....you know what i love everyone,i love ronit,i love pooja,i love shubham and even i love you also....pooja is my wife and ronit is my brother so in this case you are my bhabhi and pooja's sis both...i thought i will always have love in my life...then she asks poornima tell me is loving someone a crime ..i loved devika also but she didnt understood my love and now you also dont turn me in to a bad person i m not a bad person he bends down and touches poornima's feet and ask for forgiveness and pushes her down and we see poornima lying dead on the ground...episode ends there.
