What u saw was the thing sanyukta also saw.

But what underlied it was ignored.

He loves Randhir nd Sanyukta. Yes he does. they r HIS students. he is proud nd a father to them.

He saw randhir's condition when sanyu wasnt there. he was going berserk...

If randhir could be controlled it would be from sanyukta.

It has to be this very way! it has to!!!!!!

Vardhan has seen love for sanyu in randhir's eyes. he know he loves her. he cannot be without her. he knows it all. all!

and with that he knows Sanyukta has not yet started falling in love with him, yeah she admires him, she is proud of him but love is still way up ahead.

What he gave in his defence was that he wanted his dream team to be strong. however it was just an excuse. he could not have told her that RD loved sanyu. so he did this. mask it up in his anger for dream team. while the truth remains he is concerned truly concerned for randhir.

He has been in love, is still in love and has been where rd is now.

And so he knows the fall he will have.

and he is trying to protect him.

and no he isnt selfish. true rd is important for dream team but randhir singh shekhawat himself is even more important to vardhan. he cannot see one of his favourite students lose. he cant.

I hope u got this point of view. vardhan is probably the most unselfish person right now.

And yes maybe hiding the truth is wrong but why it is done also matters.

and for now i thnk the cause is right. nd so although doing it the wrong way vardhaan is doing the right thing!
