"Hey! Isn't that The St. Stephen's?" was an ordinary question by Sharon, but this name caused Kriya to widen her eyes and look around. But her eyes focused to Swayam who was now answering her query.

"Ya Shar... you remember Dean Sir informing us that its not just us who's gonna be a part of this expedition. Its one more college which would be joining us. St. Stephen's."

Why ? I mean God must be seriously having a problem with me! Why is Lets-not-allow-Kriya-to-move-on thingy still on?

"HUH? Yeah... Rey why the hell are you screaming my name?"

"Oh... Because I find it utterly amazing sounding name! DUH! Its the third time I am calling you and you are just lost in your own world... Are you okay?"

Ya... I am okay! Hearing the name of the college... hearing those students are gonna be here... Hearing my one trip which could probably make me come out of that thoughts... HAS FAILED! So ya I'm perfectly fine and having a ball!

Rey chuckled as this silly stupid joke came to his mind.

"What's so funny?"

"uh... um.. not..nothin just... Oh ya! Just saw that guy in green pants and yellow shirt and mistook him as a sunflower! Hehe.."

DUMB! This is the worst joke I must have cracked in centuries! C'mon man Rey! What's wrong with your sense of humour? But Actua... Wait what? Why is Kriya's face turning pale as she is seeing the sunflower guy? I mean he isn't that weird!

"Um... Rey I... I gotta go okay... just I... I need rest."

"Wait! Kriya jokes apart. What the hell is wrong? Please tell me before I die of curiosity."

"Rey... *sigh* see its just that..."

"Kriya! My God Is it you?" interrupted a voice between Rey and Kriya's conversation. Rey noticed this is the same sunflower guy and he knew Kriya and talked to her like he knew her from ages ago. But what was Kriya thinking?

"H.. He... Hey Ron. Yup, Its me. Whatsup?"

Ron. Rohan Malhotra. My first and only crush till today. What a fudging idiot was I! I made his notes, I dreamt about him, I hid behind the pillar and used to look at him and admire him for how handsome he was..! I even planned our wedding, honeymoon and kid's name for crying out loud!! And he? He just broke my heart thinking that I didn't deserve him! Well its not like I proposed him or something But hey! When a girl tells you she likes you, infact when a girl writes a letter to you describing her feelings, you are not supposed to burn it, Now are you?

I actually liked him a lot and it was one of the worst phase of my life when I was trying to get over him. But how can life be any fair? You had to bring him here right?

"Ya, and you St. Stephen's, just as you dreamt of"

"Ya... you see people dream a lot but do not achieve that much. Anyhow.. Look who's here. Meet her, She's my girlfriend, Lara. Lara dear, this is Kriya my... classmate."

But that maybe was not working. Kriya's eyes were filled with a layer of unshed tear and all she could feel was her heart breaking all over, As she saw Lara (you can imagine Lara's character as Lara in yeh Jawani hai Deewani.) With Ron. His hand around her almost bare waist and her hands on his chest when they were standing in a hugging position and looking at each other as if they were in love since birth. Just like Kriya wanted to be with him.

But it wasn't her.

It was Lara.

And her heart was on the verge of breaking all over again.

"Hey Kriya! Oh I've heard so much about you from Ron and all your other classmates. You know sometimes when I'm sad and Ron's talking to me and telling me all about when you both were in school together and when you granny died how weak you had grown! But still you were strong enough to handle yourself! How on almost every phase of your life you've welcomed loneliness and still stood along it. You are so brave! I mean I can't even imagine a day without Ron's care and affection! He's always there for me... Aren't you Sweetheart?"

"Ofcourse I am, Honey! Anytime at your service!"

"So Kriya... Ron told me you used to believe in all love stories and stuff... Do you still believe or after what happened in school you lost your faith in it? I mean... Do you have someone with you?"

Kriya was broke with the long speech Lara gave and about how Ron had without second thoughts exposed her to Lara. Even about her love for him in school days. She wanted to leave. Leave, Rush to her room, and cry... cry for as long as she can so she chose her answer wisely.

Yes Lara I do believe in love, And it does exist. But not for me.

Another hand holding her hand... holding like that hand would hold hers for a lifetime. And what she saw was rather a shock when her view rested on the owner of the hands, with a firm jaw and determined expression. She was out of her shock when she heard that person's voice, Rey's voice, calmly but seriously looking and the disgusting couple and say...

"Yes, she believes in love, Because now she's not alone. Not lonely. She has love, and its me who loves her THE MOST. A And will always be there for her. Hey, I'm Rey, Reyaansh Singhania, Kriya's boyfriend."
