Amazing Post Shruti!!

Such Imp Parvas..just wish we had got to see all the Parvas of the Mahabharat on the show...minus the distortions of course (Lols)..would have been great & for the first time ever on TV we would have all got to know MB & beyond...the show would have been one of its kind then...n Historic..

Great post Shruti...👏

I personally believe that after the Lord, Bhishm, is the greatest male character in the epic.

His lack of greed and lust, his loyalty to the subjects of Hastinapur, his selfless nature deserve respect. He sacrificed, not only his throne, but also his life. He never married, never had children...And that is the biggest sacrifice ever.

He may have made a few mistakes, and remained quiet on some occasions, when he should have spoken up, but his greatness cannot be denied. Every human makes mistakes, but his greatness shines through. 😊
